kemalandClaude Sonnet 5 5f25cb1c2e fix: match ConfigCat's actual OauthAppScopedGrants key casing ...

ConfigCat generated the flag key as OauthAppScopedGrants (capital O),
not the camelCase oauthAppScopedGrants used in code. Flag keys are
case-sensitive and ConfigCat doesn't support renaming, so update the
useFlag() call to match what's actually configured.
