Jordi Enric 93445c5bd1 feat(studio): add timezone picker to user dropdown ...

Adds a Timezone submenu to the user-avatar dropdown next to the existing
Theme picker. Selection persists in localStorage, propagates to TimestampInfo
via a new ui-patterns context, and powers a small testable date/time utility
module (formatDateTime, formatDate, formatTime, formatFromNow, toTimezone).

The first surface migrated off date-fns is the UnifiedLogs date column.
Other dayjs callers continue to render in browser-local time until they
opt into the new wrappers.
