chore(studio): add monaco-graphql dependency for shared Monaco worker

The unified Monaco worker setup (lib/monaco-setup) needs to resolve
monaco-graphql/esm/graphql.worker.js directly; it was only a transitive
dependency via graphiql. Pin to 1.7.3 to dedupe with graphiql's copy.
