docs(telemetry): note workers->compute logType cutover date

unified_logs_row_clicked's logType union renamed 'workers' to
'compute' 3 days after 'workers' was added (#49682, #50208), with no
backward-compat mapping. Adds a JSDoc note so analysts querying
historical logType:workers data know to also check compute.
