Claude f00758054a fix(storage): keep the icon on archived rows and badge them with an icon ...

An archived row has no checkbox, but it still carried the rule that hides
the row icon on hover to make room for one — so hovering left the slot
empty. The rule now applies only where a checkbox actually swaps in.

The Archived label becomes the archive icon with the word as a tooltip, on
a solid background: the row's stripes and a long file name both run
underneath it.
