Claude dbe24411b3 fix(storage): refresh the archived list whenever the explorer refreshes ...

Archiving a file refetched the folder listing, so the row vanished, but
left the archived list cached — so it never came back as an archived row
until a manual refresh.

The archived overlay is part of what the explorer shows, so invalidating it
belongs in `refetchAllOpenedFolders` rather than at each call site. That
covers deleting, purging, uploading and the refresh button in one place.
