This change adds functionality to broadcast the current cursor position when a new user joins the realtime channel. This ensures new users see the cursors of existing users immediately.

Changes:
- Add cursorPayload ref to store the current cursor position
- Update the ref whenever the cursor moves
- Add presence join handler to broadcast current position to new users
