Ivan Vasilov 0098c08b36 fix(studio): re-sort merged folders/files after list-v2 migration ...

formatFolderItemsV2 concatenated folders ahead of files instead of
sorting the merged list by the active sort column, so anything other
than the default view showed folders grouped up front regardless of
the chosen sort. Sort by the given column/order after merging, and
reuse the helper in BucketFilePickerColumn instead of its own
duplicated inline sort.
