Alaister Young d87a0e83b0 feat(studio): migrate /storage/vectors/* (stage 3) ...

2 routes finishing the storage product:
- vectors/index: standard storageLayoutTitle.
- vectors/buckets/$bucketId: bucket detail with skipStorageBucketsLayout.

This finishes the entire /storage/* product migration (9 leaves +
StorageLayout shell).
