Ivan Vasilov 8f90c86050 chore: Use react-query cache for file previews (#23398) ...

* Empty spaces.

* Remove prop drilling for selectedFilePreview and just use it from the store.

* Add a hook for getting a fetch url. Use it in all places where it's needed. Remove the file cache from the store.

* Simplify the onCopyUrl hook further.

* Fix some bugs in the preview pane.
