- Remove isForeign and references fields from Zod schema
- Remove relationships from TableSchema
- Update system prompt to not generate foreign key constraints
- Remove TableRelationship type and relationships from TableSuggestion
- Clean up all FK handling in conversion logic
- Simplify getColumnDescription to only handle primary keys
