Claude fe95f062d4 refactor(storage): trim comments and badge the versioning field ...

Cuts the multi-paragraph comments down to one line each, or drops them
where the function or variable name already says it.

Also badges the "Object versioning" field "Private Alpha", in both
bucket modals — the label belongs to the shared field component.
