Sean Oliver 81ddc5d60c Clean up table quickstart implementation

- Remove unnecessary custom streaming headers (X-AI-Stream-*)
- Improve type safety (replace any with unknown, add type guards)
- Remove unused code (modelError variable, isForeign/references properties)
- Remove obvious comments that don't add value
- Move MAX_RETRIES to top-level constant
- Remove hardcoded toast durations
