Without `persistent: true`, turbo 2.9.x treats the dev task as a regular one-shot — the moment the child process emits its "ready" banner turbo considers the task done and tears it (and the dev server) down. `pnpm run dev:studio` was exiting ~2s after start, right after vite printed its localhost URL. The `--parallel` flag we pass at the call site is the legacy way to signal this; turbo's deprecation warning explicitly points at `persistent` as the replacement, so wire it up in the task definition.
