Alaister Young 59734db479 chore(studio): drop unused eslint-disable + declare SSR env in turbo.jsonc ...

Two lint nits from CI:

- `Connect/content/nextjs/app/supabasejs/content.tsx`: drop the
  `eslint-disable-next-line no-restricted-exports` — the directive
  was flagged as unused because the rule's path-based allowlist already
  tolerates default exports in `components/interfaces/Connect/content`
  modules (they're dynamically imported).
- `turbo.jsonc`: declare `SSR` in studio's env list so the
  `turbo/no-undeclared-env-vars` lint stops failing on
  `ConnectStepsSection.tsx`'s `import.meta.env?.SSR` check (it's Vite's
  built-in SSR flag, not a real process env var, but the lint scans
  `env.SSR` accesses uniformly).
