Alaister Young d649aa1fb9 fix(studio/compat): give route params precedence over search params ...

Next's pages-router merges dynamic route params and query-string params
into req.query with route params winning on key collisions. Both the api
and router shims had search params overwriting route params; flip the
merge order to match Next.
