Guilherme Souza a18349eb53 fix(docs): enable typeSpec for Swift v2 reference ...

Add typeSpec: true to the swift entry in REFERENCES so the renderer
calls getTypeSpec for Swift pages. Without this flag, useTypeSpec was
undefined (falsy) and all Swift reference pages showed only titles with
no descriptions, parameters, or return types.
