Shane 46523a2908 Dropdown polish, matching toolbar corners, drop OG/layout backgrounds

- Icon dropdown now opens upward (bottom-full) instead of pushing the
  panel taller downward, and closes on outside click like a real dropdown
- Floating toolbars use rounded-md to match the button-set corners instead
  of rounded-full
- Remove the headline/WCAG info bar under the OG preview and the
  no-icon warning under the Thumb preview
- Remove the random background-image fallback from OG/layout renders
  entirely (flat color only, as templates originally worked) — kept only
  for the icon-less Thumb, whose asset folder is now empty pending a
  real image to drop in (see public/backgrounds/README.md)
