Ivan VasilovandClaude Opus 4.7 40083d2b6c chore(docs, www, studio): extract @theme/@utility/@keyframes into dedicated tailwind.config.css

Same per-app split as the previous commit, applied to the heavier apps:

- `apps/docs/styles/tailwind.config.css` — the one `@utility
  prose--remove-p-margin` block moved out of `main.css`.
- `apps/www/styles/tailwind.config.css` — the `@theme` (purple-sos color
  scale + `--animate-*` tokens), seven `@keyframes`, and ~12 `@utility`
  blocks extracted from `index.css`. The v4 border-color compat `@layer
  base` shim stays in `index.css` since it's an app-level migration fix,
  not theme config.
- `apps/studio/styles/tailwind.config.css` — the large `@theme` block
  (grid text size, typography/tables/panels color scales, `--animate-*`
  tokens) plus five `@keyframes` extracted from `main.css`.

Each app's entry CSS now imports `./tailwind.config.css` right after
`@import 'tailwindcss'`.
