Live mode polls fetchPreviousPage every 10 seconds, but each poll queried
from the start of the search range up to now, re-reading the whole range
(an hour by default) to return rows it mostly already had. Start each poll
60 seconds before the newest loaded row instead, clamped to the range
start; the overlap catches late-ingested logs and the existing id dedupe
drops repeats.

The time range for every page now comes from a pure
getUnifiedLogsPageRange, with unit tests for each direction. Also replace
the O(n^2) filter/findIndex dedupe of the flattened pages with a Set-based
dedupeRowsById, since live mode can accumulate many pages.
