Claude 26a0e490f7 docs: add Compute network restrictions allowlist section ...

Explain that Postgres network restrictions block direct DB connections
from Compute workers unless the Compute egress CIDRs are allowlisted,
and show how to append them via `supabase network-restrictions update`.
