supabase-vercel-tedd[bot] 78eb416b03 chore: remove marketing as KB codeowner (#51622 )

## Problem

#51196 added `/apps/kb/` to CODEOWNERS with both `@supabase/docs` and
`@supabase/marketing`. Because of that, every knowledge base change also
asks marketing for review. Marketing should not be a required reviewer
for KB.

## Solution

Remove `@supabase/marketing` from the `/apps/kb/` line only.
`@supabase/docs` still owns KB. All other CODEOWNERS entries, including
marketing's `/apps/www/` ownership, are unchanged.

## Review instructions

1. Check that the diff is a single line in `.github/CODEOWNERS`.
2. Confirm `/apps/kb/` is still owned by `@supabase/docs`.
3. Optional: `gh api
repos/supabase/supabase/codeowners/errors?ref=tedd/remove-marketing-kb-codeowner`
returns no errors.
