Benjamin 462829dd42 feat(studio): port warehouse prototype onto latest master ...

Ports the warehouse prototype from dnywh/prototype/warehouse. Includes the
table-detail redesign that hosts the warehouse Storage section
(Overview/Columns/Policies/Settings tabbed page), the Warehouse Catalog
integration (sibling to Data API), the Connect-sheet catalog panel, and
the per-table storage UI (Copy to Warehouse / Detach).

Excludes the Move-to-Warehouse flow and Snapshots/time-travel, which were
already deferred to a separate branch upstream.

State is currently backed by a local demo store (warehouseDemoStore);
real API wiring against /platform/warehouse endpoints follows next.
