Brings the recently-pushed dnywh/prototype/warehouse changes, adapted to this
branch's real-hooks + feature-flag architecture:
- warehouseNaming.utils.ts: per-source-schema warehouse naming
({schema}_warehouse.{table}) + SQL routing detection (postgres/warehouse/mixed).
- SQL editor: a "Source: Warehouse / Postgres + Warehouse" pill (DatabaseSelector)
and a results-footer lag indicator when a query reads *_warehouse schemas. Lag now
comes from a real hook (useSqlWarehouseLagSeconds over the linked-tables query)
instead of the demo store, and the whole indicator is gated behind the warehouse flag.
- Storage panel: "Query in Warehouse" split button (opens the SQL editor with a
sample query) + Postgres/Warehouse table rows; names use the qualified
{schema}_warehouse.{table} convention.
- Enablement modal copy + plan doc copy_name updated to the new convention.
Skips the demo-store-only mechanics (superseded by the real hooks here).
