Jeremias Menichelli 2450f38ce4 fix: Generate wrappers pages statically on preview and production (#46572) ...

During the migration to make `PREVIEW` match `PRODUCTION` environment we
got a negation wrong.

With this fix, now wrappers pages are rendered statically on build, so
we can catch errors on MDX syntax on the fly.
