* Allow for opting-in in place on the SQL Editor page

* Show a warning after the first message

* Fix width

* Remove import

* Add context to schema dropdown

* Cleanup

* Revert the package-lock.json.

* Remove the extra div.

* Move the confirmation modal outside so that it can be triggered by the first message alert.

* Add another alert to guide the user to selecting a schema.

* Fix imports
