Sean Oliver f180681349 Add AI Assistant link variant for table quickstart ...

Adds a new ASSISTANT variant that opens the AI Assistant with pre-populated
context instead of generating tables inline. Uses a two-message pattern where
the first hidden message provides Supabase schema conventions (snake_case,
uuid primary keys, timestamps) and the second visible message is a friendly
AI greeting asking about the user's app.

UI includes:
- Main "Open AI Assistant" button
- Three quick idea buttons (Recipe app, Task manager, Blog posts)
- Each with custom greetings for natural conversation flow

Changes:
- Add QuickstartVariant.ASSISTANT to types
- Implement assistant link UI in TableTemplateSelector
- Remove inline AI generation code (exploration continues in #38934)
