Claude 501a13d291 feat(studio): add button to refresh Warehouse schema in Table Editor

Wires up POST /platform/warehouse/{ref}/refresh-schema (new endpoint from
supabase/platform#35856) via useWarehouseRefreshSchemaMutation, following
the existing data/warehouse/* hook conventions. Surfaced as a "Refresh
Warehouse schema" item in the Table Editor's "More actions" menu when
browsing a Warehouse-schema table, so users can reinstall the FDW foreign
schema after linking a new table or altering a synced one.
