Claude 0e8dba48ae feat(studio): add service_role to function API access configuration ...

Add support for the service_role in function API access configuration:
- Add FUNCTION_API_ACCESS_ROLES constant with anon, authenticated, and service_role
- Update function privileges query to detect service_role EXECUTE grants
- Update mutation to grant/revoke EXECUTE for service_role
- Add service_role checkbox to the configure API access modal
- Display service_role in the API access badge tooltip
