anthony lio 8fdbf02f46 fix(docs): open feedback dock without first-open delay ...

Keep the lazy dock mounted while closed so it resolves before the first vote. React holds a resolved suspense fallback back for up to 300ms, which preloading the chunk can't avoid. A key on the error boundary resets the dock per open.
