## Context
Related to dashboard scalability
Previous PR: https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/42856
Note: Changes are all feature flagged still and I'm still not entirely
convinced with the current UX
Will iterate as as go along, and only make this publicly available when
we're satisfied with the behaviour
Adds a "Dashboard preference" section to the project settings
<img width="265" height="740" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/6ce1aa19-26c2-47c6-a9c4-595137266631"
/>
In which users can then select which database they'd like to use for
read queries run from the dashboard
Note: Everything is local storage for now, but we'd need middleware
support if we want to make this setting persist for all users on the
project
<img width="791" height="434" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/e651d6d9-fed4-4da4-b552-c9f93f8d46d3"
/>
Added a dialog as well to further explain what this implies
<img width="610" height="312" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/0aa957af-cb51-476f-aa79-8948a7cbe5ae"
/>
## To test
- Choosing a replica in dashboard preferences will only affect the table
editor as thats the only place that's set up so far to use a replica for
read queries (I'll need to follow up for other parts of the dashboard in
subsequent PRs)
## Problem
Editing a column from the schema visualiser requires many clicks
## Solution
When hovering over a column in the schema visualiser, an edit button
should appear on the right side. Clicking this button should open the
column edit pane on the right side of the screen. This would reduce the
number of clicks required and allow users to make edits directly from
the visualiser instead of using it only as a visual aid.
## Problem
- database e2e tests run in serial mode, which is slower
- they also are a bit flaky
## Solution
- Ensure they can run in parallel
- Make them more stable by using UI checks when waiting
- Use assertions that automatically wait/retry in playwright
## What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Form handling improvement.
## What is the current behavior?
https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/43201/ standardised our
discard changes behaviour with a shared hook and
`DiscardChangesConfirmationDialog` component. But many forms and sheets
still:
1. Don’t have any Discard-confirm close behaviour, making it too easy to
make accidental discards
2. Use a more complicated, manually-created `CloseConfirmationModal`
approach
## What is the new behavior?
- Replaced all instances of `#2` above that had `CloseConfirmationModal`
with `DiscardChangesConfirmationDialog` and its hook
- Improved design system documentation around dirty form dismissal

## To test
Try editing values these sheets in staging, then blurring the sheet or
pressing `esc`:
- CreateQueueSheet.tsx
- CronJobsTab.tsx
- CronJobPage.tsx
- EditWrapperSheet.tsx
- OverviewTab.tsx
- WrappersTab.tsx
- CreateFunction/index.tsx
- EditHookPanel.tsx
- TriggerSheet.tsx
- SidePanelEditor.tsx
- EditSecretSheet.tsx
- PolicyEditorModal/index.tsx
- PolicyEditorPanel/index.tsx
## Still to come
- [ ] Incrementally take on `#1`: implement
`DiscardChangesConfirmationDialog` and its hook in sheets or dialog
forms that have no dirty form dismissal handling

Just cleaning up the `unifiedReplication` feature flag now that this is
fully rolled out
Also addresses some bugs that I came across while cleaning up,
specifically for the new home page
- Add enabled features flag check for read replicas in database
replication
- Infra diagram, read replicas
- View connection string CTA to open connect UI with the right database
selected
- Replaced all other actions with a "Manage replica" CTA which links to
the replica details page
## Context
Follow up from https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/43329, but
mutually exclusive
Just cleaning up feature flags that have been toggled on for all users
and unchanged for the past 2 months
- edgefunctionreport
- storagereport
- realtimeReport
- postgrestreport
- authreportv2
- newEdgeFunctionOverviewCharts
- apiReportCountries (Already not used)
- SentryLogDrain
- reportGranularityV2
- storageAnalyticsVector
- ShowIndexAdvisorOnTableEditor
This PR adds new feature flags for controlling etl destinations
visibility based on the org slug.

## Context
In the new project home page, we have a stat for "Last migration" which
we're showing _when_ the last migration was applied. However:
- The timestamp for the migration is derived from the "version" column
of the migration (in the `supabase_migrations` table) which afaik is
derived from the migration's file name
- It'll be alright if the migration was generated via the CLI, but we
can't really enforce the name of the migration file if say they were
generated via AI, so this is technically a point of flakiness
- Reckon that it's more value to show _what_ was the last migration
rather than _when_ so opting to change the value here to show the name
of the last migration instead

## What kind of change does this PR introduce?
UI update
## What is the current behavior?
- The vast majority of projects now have physical backups, not logical
- Physical backups are not downloadable
- But we show a disabled `Download` button for each physical backup
- This button has confusing multi-step instructions about `pg_dump` that
are
[inaccurate](https://supabase.slack.com/archives/C02BJ2239GA/p1771979586829419?thread_ts=1771887878.203199&cid=C02BJ2239GA)

- We only show the (enabled) `Download` button for logical backups

Support believes removing the button entirely will have less of a burden
than a better tooltip explanation.
## Context
In database/tables (Schema visualizer), if the schema has no tables,
clicking on "Auto layout" causes a client error as we're trying to run
the `dagre.layout` on a graph with 0 nodes and edges
Opting to hide all actions on the Schema Visualizer if there's no tables
(understandably we've been leaning towards disabled states rather than
hiding, but in this case i was thinking hiding is better since that's an
empty state - unless some actions were applicable in the empty state,
but in this case none of the actions are)

Just following from the previous part
[here](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/41819)
PR removes the usage of `useQueryStateWithSelect` in
- Publishable API Keys (Delete)
- Secret API Keys (Delete)
- Auth Hooks (Edit)
- Database Indexes (Edit + Delete)
-
Ensures that the appropriate behaviours are in place too
- Toast should show when landing on a page with an invalid ID param that
entity doesn't exist
- Toast should not show when deleting the param (which
useQueryStateWithSelect was using useRef as a workaround prior)
## To test
- [ ] API keys (Both publishable and secret key)
- URL updates when deleting a key
- Refresh the page, delete dialog should open with the right key
- Update the query param to something invalid, should see the "not
found" toast
- Delete a key, should only see a success toast
- [ ] Auth Hooks
- URL updates when adding / edit a hook
- Refresh the page, panel should open with the right hook
- Update the query param to something invalid, should see the "not
found" toast
- [ ] Database Indexes
- URL updates when editing/deleting an index
- Refresh the page, delete dialog should open with the right index
- Update the query param to something invalid, should see the "not
found" toast
- Delete an index, should only see a success toast
<!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai

## Summary by CodeRabbit
* **Bug Fixes**
* Improved error handling and user notifications when API keys, hooks,
or indexes are deleted or become unavailable; users now see clear toasts
when a target item cannot be found.
* **Refactoring**
* Internal state and dialog visibility handling for API keys, hooks, and
database indexes have been simplified to make UI flows more reliable and
consistent.

This is the first smaller PR in the broader change of updating our
Connect dialog (see
[here](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/42276)).
This PR focuses on decoupling the ConnectButton our of the Connect
dialog and into its own component . The button includes a flag to render
the new sheet. The new sheet is empty for the time being as the flag is
at 0%.
To test:
- Enable flag and click button, see new Sheet
- Disable and see old dialog
- Create a new project -> in getting started section see "connect to
app" step -> Click connect button and make sure it works
<!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai

## Summary by CodeRabbit
* **New Features**
- Added a Connect button component and an alternative Connect sheet.
- Added curl syntax highlighting for code blocks.
* **Changes**
- Connection dialog moved to a controlled open-state pattern; Connect
replaced legacy entry points across the UI and can be feature-flagged.
- Connection actions simplified and no longer depend on framework
selection.
* **Removals**
- Removed legacy framework selector, default framework constant, and
related tests.

## Context
Related to unifying read replicas into database replication page which
is currently in internal testing
## Changes involved
- Updates the "New replica" CTA in `DatabaseSelector` (e.g within the
SQL Editor) to link to the replication page instead of settings
infrastructure
- Refactor replication UI to use URL query states for new destination +
edit destination
## To test
- [ ] Verify that the "New replica" CTA links correctly to replication
page if flag is on
- [ ] Verify that new + edit destination UI works as expected
- Note that there's some server side validation for ETL replication now
so might be tricky to test creating an actual ETL replication
- Minimally can test creating a read replica and ensure that the UI
behaviour is all as expected
<!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai

## Summary by CodeRabbit
* **New Features**
* Added unified replication experience with URL-based state management
for destination creation and editing
* **Refactor**
* Simplified replication panel component interfaces and consolidated
destination data fetching logic
* Enhanced edit flows to leverage URL parameters for seamless navigation
* **Chores**
* Marked legacy read replica creation panel as deprecated

Addresses a UX confusion where users are unsure of which schema to

## Other changes
- Refactored `EnableExtensionModal` to use react hook form + Dialog
component
- Refactored checking of default schema to use React Query
## To test
- [ ] Verify the UI changes
- [ ] Verify that you can still enable / disable extensions - and ensure
that they're being installed in the right schemas

read-only default-schema display, and "create custom schema" flow
* "Recommended" and "Default" badges next to schema choices;

## Context
There's some changes for Vector Buckets with the wrappers extension on
version 0.5.7 and above
The "Query from Postgres" CTA (which runs an import foreign schema
command) no longer accepts the bucket name as part of the schema options
(ref
[changelog](https://github.com/supabase/wrappers/releases/tag/v0.5.7)),
and instead takes the bucket name as the remote schema name.
So changes here are to update the SQL for importing foreign schema for
vector buckets if wrappers extension is above 0.5.7
Also - the `::embd` type no longer seems to exist in 0.5.7 as well, so
updated the example code too
## To test
Can probably test on a new US East 1 project on the preview
- [ ] Verify creating a vector bucket table + can query from postgres
(via the Insert vectors CTA after creating a table)
<!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai
-->
## Summary by CodeRabbit
* **Bug Fixes**
* Fixed breadcrumb navigation links for vector bucket pages.
* **Improvements**
* Unified loading state for schema workflows and disabled actions while
loading.
* Enhanced version compatibility checks for foreign schema imports to
support newer extension syntax.
* Adjusted generated SQL for vector data to use the appropriate
embedding syntax based on extension version.
