Charis 161ba3da32 docs: document more ways to secure the data api (#27756) 
Document ways to increase the security of Data API, including:

- Disabling it entirely
- Exposing a custom schema instead of the `public` schema

Also found a duplicated link in the nav for CLS, so removed it.

Postgres supports multiple SSL modes for clients. Each mode provides a
different level of protection. Add a note describing how to use the
strongest mode (`verify-full`) when SSL enforcement is enabled.

Unless there is some new SQL I'm not familiar the code shown:
`grant bypassrls on "table_name" to "role_name";`
Will not work and instead should be:
`alter role "role_name" with bypassrls;`

It seems (I am not an expert by any means) that beyond the 3 strategies described here, you can also connect to Supabase using the clients -- but that doesn't get mentioned here. For those just learning Supabase, like me, I feel like this would make the documentation clearer.
