## Problem
The `_Shadcn_` suffix isn't needed anymore on `Command` components
## Solution
- Remove the `_Shadcn_` suffix
- Simplify UI package exports
- Apply prettier
<!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai

## Summary by CodeRabbit
* **Refactor**
* Simplified command component imports and exports across the UI library
by removing internal naming aliases and adopting direct component
references. Updated the public UI package barrel export to use wildcard
re-exports for cleaner API surface.

## Problem
The `ui-patterns/CommandMenu` exposes internal components that have the
same names as the base shadcn components they wrap. This create
confusion about which one to use and forces us to expose the base ones
with the `_Shadcn_` suffix.
## Solution
Rename those internal components to have `CommandMenu` in their names to
make it clearer they are meant to be used with `CommandMenu`. We will
then rename the shadcn base ones to remove the suffix.

## Summary by CodeRabbit
## Refactor
* Standardized Command Menu component naming across the design system
for improved consistency and clarity. Updated component names:
`CommandInput` → `CommandMenuInput`, `CommandList` → `CommandMenuList`,
`CommandItem` → `CommandMenuItem`, `CommandEmpty` → `CommandMenuEmpty`,
and `CommandGroup` → `CommandMenuGroup`. Updated public API exports,
internal subpath references, all examples within the registry, and
implementations across documentation, studio, and application
interfaces.

- Most changes are related to either types or `useRef` usages (it now
requires an initial value).
- also updated `vaul` to its latest version and haven't noticed any
change ([design-system

This PR migrates the whole monorepo to use Tailwind v4:
- Removed `@tailwindcss/container-queries` plugin since it's included by
default in v4,
- Bump all instances of Tailwind to v4. Made minimal changes to the
shared config to remove non-supported features (`alpha` mentions),
- Migrate all apps to be compatible with v4 configs,
- Fix the `typography.css` import in 3 apps,
- Add missing rules which were included by default in v3,
- Run `pnpm dlx @tailwindcss/upgrade` on all apps, which renames a lot
of classes
- Rename all misnamed classes according to
https://tailwindcss.com/docs/upgrade-guide#renamed-utilities in all
apps.

This PR preps the monorepo for a migration to Tailwind v4:
- Bump all Tailwind dependencies and libraries to the latest possible
version, while still compatible with Tailwind 3.
- Cleans up obsolete Tailwind 3 specific options and configs.
- Cleans up unused CSS files and fixes the CSS imports.
- Migrates all `important` uses in `@apply` lines to using the `!`
prefix.
- Move `typography.css` to the `config` package and import it from the
apps.
- Migrated all occurrences of `flex-grow`, `flex-shrink`,
`overflow-clip` and `overflow-ellipsis` since they're deprecated and
will be removed in Tailwind 4.
- Make the default theme object typesafe in the `ui` package.
- Migrate all `bg-opacity`, `border-opacity`, `ring-opacity` and
`divider-opacity` to the new format where they're declared as part of
the property color.
- Bump and unify all imports of `postcss` dependency.
## Problem
In order to update to react 19, we need to update several dependencies
## Solution
- migrate to the `radix` umbrella package to ease upgrade
- update some dependencies

## Summary by CodeRabbit
* **Improvements**
* Documentation search now respects Ctrl/Cmd-click to open links in a
new tab.
* Documentation, reference, and troubleshooting pages open in-app or in
a new tab depending on modifier key; same-tab navigation closes the
search menu, new-tab does not.
* Integration and external discussion links follow the same modifier-key
behavior; the search menu only closes for same-tab navigation.

## What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Chore / UI consistency fix. Resolves DEPR-418.
## What is the current behavior?
Shortcut hints are still hand-built in several high-traffic Studio
surfaces, which leads to inconsistent rendering and stale
platform-specific markup. Buttons in particular can end up with awkward
spacing and baseline alignment when shortcut labels are inserted
directly into the button text.
## What is the new behavior?
This PR standardises those shortcut hints around `KeyboardShortcut` and
updates the surrounding layout primitives to support that approach more
cleanly.
It includes:
- Design docs
- using `KeyboardShortcut` in the table side-panel `ActionBar`
- replacing hardcoded operation queue button shortcuts in
`OperationQueueSidePanel`
- standardising the command menu trigger shortcut chip and updating the
`LayoutHeader` overrides to match the new DOM shape
- replacing the AI editor empty-state `Cmd/Ctrl + K` hint with
`KeyboardShortcut`
- refining shared shortcut/button primitives so inline shortcuts align
better when used as button accessories
- keeping the SQL utility shortcut work on this branch consistent with
the same shared component approach

## Later todo
- [ ] Replace the string-based SQL editor placeholder shortcut in
`SQLEditor` once that placeholder API supports rich content
- [ ] Refactor `CommandOption` to use `KeyboardShortcut` instead of
bespoke platform detection and command-key markup
- [ ] Standardise the remaining DataTable shortcut hints
(`DataTableToolbar`, `DataTableResetButton`, `DataTableFilterCommand`,
`DataTableFilterControlsDrawer`) around `KeyboardShortcut`

## Summary by CodeRabbit
* **New Features**
* Introduced a new KeyboardShortcut component for displaying keyboard
shortcuts with two visual variants (pill and inline).
* Standardized keyboard shortcut indicators across the application
interface for consistent user experience.
* **Bug Fixes**
* Fixed capitalization inconsistencies in button labels and hotkey
settings.

This PR moves several components which rely on `next` out of the `ui`
package to the `ui-patterns` package.
`ui-patterns` package is intented to be imported with specific imports
so it's ok if there are components reliant on `next` in there.
The `SonnerToaster` component has removed its dependency by requiring a
prop for `theme`.
This PR fixes some prettier issues:
- Bump and unify all prettier versions to 3.7.3 across teh whole repo
- Bump the SQL prettier plugin
- When running `test:prettier`, check `mdx` files also
- Run the new prettier format on all files

## What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Fix
## What is the current behavior?
The theme switcher in `CommandMenu` is not showing up when typing in
“dark mode”, “toggle theme” or similar commands.
## What is the new behavior?
Added hidden root commands: `Toggle theme`, `Use dark theme`, `Use light
theme`, `Use system theme`, plus existing `Switch theme...` with search
aliases.
Also added `value` aliases to the theme items so searches pop up.

**troubleshooting.ts** - New source loader that reads local MDX files
from content/troubleshooting/ directly instead of fetching from GitHub
Discussions API
- Generates correct docs paths: /guides/troubleshooting/{slug}
- Uses type = 'troubleshooting' for proper search result mapping
- Sets slug: undefined to avoid trailing # in URLs
- Checksum includes title/topics/keywords so metadata-only changes
trigger re-indexing
- Left comments for review
**index.ts** - Replaced GitHub discussion sources with local
troubleshooting sources
- Removed GitHubDiscussionLoader, fetchDiscussions,
buildGithubUrlToSlugMap imports
- Added fetchTroubleshootingSources and TroubleshootingSource
- Updated SearchSource type union
**globalSearchModel.ts** - Changed type mapping from
'github-discussions' to 'troubleshooting'
**generate-embeddings.ts** - Removed GitHub App env vars from required
list (DOCS_GITHUB_APP_ID, DOCS_GITHUB_APP_INSTALLATION_ID,
DOCS_GITHUB_APP_PRIVATE_KEY) since they're no longer needed

Sorted all imports in all packages, `cms`, `design-system` and
`ui-library` apps by running `pnpm format` on them.
All changes in this PR are done by the script.
This is largely to avoid setting state inside a `useMemo()`.

* fix: warning message on upgrade guards
When users are blocked from an upgrade because they have objects that
need to be dropped, the message in the warning is incorrect. It asks
users to "drop these extensions". But they're not extensions, they're
user-defined tables, foreign keys, etc. This will cause confusion.
Here we use a different messaging when users need to drop their objects.
* chore: prettier
This change:
- Updates the clippy prompt to encourage it to list its sources
- Parses and extracts source links from AI responses to display them as clickable links in the UI
- Adds tests for the source parsing functionality
* Move all components in ui-patterns into src folder. Add exports field for all files.
* Fix all apps to use the new ui-patterns.
* Fix the design-system build.
* Remove all unused rexports from ui-patterns index. Apps should use direct imports instead.
* Change the tailwind content property to include src folder of ui-patterns.
* Remove autoprefixer from the tailwind configs.
* Remove autoprefixer as a dependency.
* Fix the CVA conditions in FormLayout.
