- added new package `react-copy-to-clipboard`
- just note that @ts-ignore is being used and needs fixing

added new homepage sections, with tabs and code block examples. some placeholder content is in use.

• added code block example, using `react-syntax-highligher`. imported with lean import option
• added sections into `components/index_sections/*` for now
• added tabs component, which has content hardcoded in for now.
