Jonathan Eldridge 0c0a3d8152 Clarify need for database type generation 
When you start building the Account page, `Account.tsx` includes `import { Database } from '../utils/database.types'`, but that is not created in any of the previous steps and there's nothing telling you how to generate it.

JD c9a6695c70 fix: update sveltekit tutorial 
- This small change from dynamic public env var to static allows the env vars to be used for deployment, particularly in Vercel.
- For some reason, when deploying to Vercel and using `$env/dynamic/public`, the env vars will return `undefined` and you'll get an error when the Supabase client attempts to startup: `supaBase url is required`
- This change makes a successful client connection to Supabase
