Extension moved to github.com/supabase/supabase-chrome-tools. Keeps only the remote-dev proxy,
launcher (production + staging targets), and npm scripts. Comments repointed to the extension repo.
- clean up a lot of slop comments
- condense files for the actual studio
- make the extension feel like a product
- log and fixings to be able to make it a real extension
