Organization settings are currently spread across a NavMenu. This is
getting unweildy as the amount of children within Organization settings
grows.

Organization settings are now on a sidebar, just like Project Settings
and most other surfaces.

in before you can press this button” interaction but:
- A) Enables the button the whole time
- B) We already have this componentized in TextConfirmModal

- Refactored this dialog to use `TextConfirmModal` instead
- Updated design docs to make this prop clearer

We regularly have customer support tickets that cannot confirm because of a mismatching space at the end (and they cannot for the life of them figure this one out).
Trimming both input and comparison string will prevent unnecessary support tickets and still guarantees enough safety.
