## Summary
More gating to support upcoming High Availability projects.
- Keep the Recent Branch stat visible on the project home page for HA
projects, but disable its interaction, reduce its opacity, and skip the
branches query.
- Treat Realtime as disabled for HA projects in the service-status
dropdown so it does not make the project appear unhealthy or trigger
unhealthy polling.
- Show the shared unsupported-feature empty state for Custom Domains and
skip its query on HA projects.
- Disable the Enable Realtime checkbox in the table creation sheet for
HA projects.

## Summary by CodeRabbit
- **New Features**
- Added High Availability–aware behavior across activity stats, service
status, custom domains, and table realtime controls.
- Introduced reusable Branch value UI that shows an “Unavailable” state
in High Availability mode.
- Added a dedicated realtime toggle UI that disables interaction and
updates helper text when unavailable.
- **Bug Fixes**
- Ensured realtime is treated as disabled (not unhealthy) in High
Availability and prevented realtime enabling/saving.
- Reduced unnecessary data fetching by gating addon/custom-domain
requests and disabling branch queries.
- **Tests**
- Added coverage for realtime status resolution, BranchStatValue
“Unavailable” rendering, and TableRealtimeToggle behavior.

## Problem
We now export components under a subpath in ui-patterns to avoid barrel
files as they slow down every tools (from IDE to linters, etc.) and may
also affect bundles our users have to download.
## Solution
- Remove the UI patterns index file
- Fix invalid impors
The Compute card's "High Availability" badge was overflowing the cell
horizontally in 2-column layouts and bleeding vertically into adjacent
cards when the badges wrapped onto a second line in narrow/vertical
layouts.
Root cause was in `SingleStat`: the value row used `h-[34px]` +
`truncate` (overflow: hidden), so the inner `flex-wrap` couldn't grow
the row, and the flex column lacked `min-w-0` so it couldn't shrink to
its grid track.
**Changed:**
- `SingleStat` outer flex gets `min-w-0` so the grid item is constrained
by its track
- Right column swapped from `truncate` to `min-w-0 flex-1` (takes
remaining space, can shrink)
- Value row swapped from `h-[34px]` to `min-h-[34px]` with `py-0.5` —
keeps the 34px baseline for single-line text values, but lets the row
grow when badges wrap
Closes [FE-3408](https://linear.app/supabase/issue/FE-3408)
## To test
- Open the project overview on a project with `high_availability`
enabled
- At 2-column widths: the "HIGH AVAILABILITY" badge should sit fully
inside the Compute card alongside the compute size badge — no clipping
at the right edge
- At narrow / 1-column widths: when the two badges need to wrap, the
Compute card should grow vertically rather than letting the second-line
badge overlap the cards above/below
- Spot check the other stat cards (GitHub, Recent branch, Last
migration, Last backup) — long text values should still truncate with an
ellipsis as before

## Summary by CodeRabbit
* **Style**
* Updated stat card layout and inner spacing to improve responsiveness
and prevent overflow.
* Improved text truncation and minimum-width behavior for stat values
and labels.
* Standardized spacing, truncation and color handling across activity
stats for more consistent display.

GitHub integration is now available on the free plan and so we'd like to
start promoting code-first workflows as much as possible. One way to do
that is to set the tone straight away by asking a user to connecting
their GitHub repository to a project as part of project creation.
This PR:
- decouples GitHub connection and repo selection into a separate
component we can make use of in integration settings and project
creation.
- Adds new GitHub fields to project creation form and sends them off to
project creation endpoint
- Pre-fills project name based on repo selection
To test locally:
- Ensure you have GitHub integration set up locally (using ngrok etc)
- Ensure you are on the connected platform branch
- Open create a new project page
- Connect GitHub as part of the creation form and select a repo
- Create the project and wait for status to be healthy
- Check project settings integrations page and ensure repo is connected
Note:
- this requires changes on the management api end to accept new GitHub
fields
- it might make sense to pull out GitHub connection/authorization from
GitHub repository selection but in the current state they are tied
together.

## Summary
The `homeNew` PostHog experiment has concluded. This PR graduates it by
making the new homepage (`ProjectHome`, formerly `HomeV2`) the permanent
default for all users, and removes all dead code from the old
experiment.
## Changes
- Remove `homeNew` PostHog feature flag checks and `home_new` experiment
exposure tracking from 3 files
- Rename `HomeNew/` → `ProjectHome/` directory and `HomeV2` →
`ProjectHome` export
- Delete old `Home/Home.tsx` component (shared components like
`ProjectList/` are kept — still used by org pages)
- Delete `pages/project/[ref]/building.tsx` and add a server-side
redirect from `/project/:ref/building` → `/project/:ref` to prevent 404s
during rollout (old cached JS bundles may still route to `/building`)
- Simplify `ContentWrapper` building-state logic in `ProjectLayout` —
always redirect building projects to home, always suppress building
interstitial on home page
- Always route to `/project/{ref}` after project creation (remove
`/building` path)
- Update all Observability imports from `HomeNew` → `ProjectHome`
## Self-hosted behavior change
Self-hosted Studio previously showed the old `Home` component (client
libraries + example projects) since PostHog flags don't load. This PR
changes self-hosted to show `ProjectHome` (TopSection with service
status + instance diagram, advisor, custom reports). All sections query
backend APIs that exist on self-hosted. E2E tests pass against the
self-hosted build.
## Testing
- [x] `pnpm turbo run build --filter=studio` passes
- [x] No remaining references to `homeNew`, `home_new`, or `HomeNew` in
codebase
- [x] No broken imports to deleted files
- [x] Self-hosted E2E tests pass (145 passed, 1 flaky, 4 skipped)
- [x] `/building` redirect added to both platform and self-hosted config
blocks
**Quick test:**
1. Navigate to any project homepage — should render the ProjectHome
component
2. Create a new project — should redirect to `/project/{ref}` (not
`/building`)
3. Visit a project in `COMING_UP` state on a non-home route — should
redirect to home
4. Visit `/project/{ref}/building` directly — should 302 redirect to
`/project/{ref}`
