Update copy RE disk configuration changes and cooldown (#50844)
## Context Reverts copy changes from the following PRs: - Docs: https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/42184 - FE: https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/47646 Our platform's disk management configuration limitation still follows the 4 hour cooldown at the moment, doesn't align with AWS's 4 changes in 24 hours rule just yet. This is just to prevent any confusion for now, and we'll need to update the copy again once behaviour matches AWS on our BE <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **Updates** * Disk changes are now subject to an approximately four-hour cooldown after each modification, replacing the previous limit of four changes in a rolling 24-hour period. * Disk management screens now show the cooldown status, remaining wait time, and next available update time. * Updated platform guides and troubleshooting instructions to reflect the cooldown and explain available recovery options. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> |

fix(ui): align primary colours across text, buttons, and controls (#50697)
## Problem Primary colour serves readable text and selected controls, but those uses need different shades. Light mode needs darker text, while dark mode needs a deeper button fill. Fixed brand green on interactive chrome also prevents a custom primary hue from carrying through the interface. Some slider tracks and selected text are hard to read. ## Solution - Keep `--primary` for accessible text and small selected indicators. Use `--primary-solid` for button fills, which need a deeper shade in dark mode. - Add `--primary-bright` for focus rings, selected control chrome, chart accents, and other interactive highlights. It follows `--primary-hue`; `brand-*` stays fixed for Supabase identity. - Make slider troughs clearer and text selection translucent with theme foreground text. - Document the split in the design-system colour guide. | Before | After | | --- | --- | | <img width="980" height="244" alt="Before: light mode primary controls" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/dfae325d-0dfe-4231-8bcd-3f89c4b9d793" /> | <img width="982" height="204" alt="After: light mode primary controls" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/5fdcb531-a6e3-4549-8a13-9d9a5ebe6e20" /> | | <img width="610" height="120" alt="Before: slider track" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/04f768e0-51e8-4d06-9b97-c52f4a34f122" /> | <img width="622" height="126" alt="After: slider track" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/95127f4e-13dc-4f0f-b63c-cf5d70a28b42" /> | | <img width="652" height="512" alt="Before: dark mode controls" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/3f88de66-90cc-40ee-8cf1-b5f4eb87b09a" /> | <img width="658" height="498" alt="After: dark mode controls" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/906bec30-6ca1-4614-9fb3-6cf5e5feec22" /> | ## Review instructions 1. Compare light and dark mode in the [colour usage guide](https://design-system-git-dnywh-fix-bright-brand-chrome-supabase.vercel.app/design-system/docs/color-usage#primary-and-brand-colors). Check primary ink, primary-solid, primary-bright, and fixed brand swatches. 2. In Studio, open the ‘new table’ sheet in [Table Editor](https://studio-staging-git-dnywh-fix-bright-brand-chrome-supabase.vercel.app/dashboard/project/_/editor). Tab through the new table sheet's fields and toggles. Check the focus rings, selected controls, and the sheet's edges in both themes. You do not need to save a table. 3. Select text in Studio in both themes, including a link or primary-coloured label. The selection and text should remain legible. 4. Check the [Field](https://design-system-git-dnywh-fix-bright-brand-chrome-supabase.vercel.app/design-system/docs/components/field) Price Range slider: the unused track should remain visible in both themes. The selected field card border should follow primary-bright. 5. Check the [Button](https://design-system-git-dnywh-fix-bright-brand-chrome-supabase.vercel.app/design-system/docs/components/button) and [Radio Group](https://design-system-git-dnywh-fix-bright-brand-chrome-supabase.vercel.app/design-system/docs/components/radio-group) previews. In dark mode, `primary` button fill should be deeper than primary [text](https://design-system-git-dnywh-fix-bright-brand-chrome-supabase.vercel.app/design-system/docs/color-usage#text); selected radios should remain readable. |

refactor(ui): rename text-brand to text-primary (#50564)
## What kind of change does this PR introduce? Refactor. Follow-up to #49871. ## What is the current behavior? Branded (green) text still uses the `text-brand` classname while the colour comes from `--primary`. ## What is the new behavior? **Rename-only:** `text-brand` → `text-primary` across callsites and docs. Leftover `bg-brand` / `border-brand` alias to `brand-default`. No intentional colour changes in this PR. This better matches how we treat our green in other components and props, like `variant="primary"` for green buttons. ## To test On light mode: smoke-test that branded text still looks like #49871 (readable green, not the bright fill). - [Homepage](https://zone-www-dot-com-git-dnywh-depr-316-text-brand-de2380-supabase.vercel.app/): “Scale to millions” uses `text-primary` - [Docs homepage](https://docs-git-dnywh-depr-316-text-brand-to-primary-supabase.vercel.app/docs): branded links like “More on self-hosting” are still readable - [Typography docs](https://design-system-git-dnywh-depr-316-text-brand-to-primary-supabase.vercel.app/design-system/docs/typography): documents `text-primary` - [Colour usage](https://design-system-git-dnywh-depr-316-text-brand-to-primary-supabase.vercel.app/design-system/docs/color-usage): `text-primary` is visibly darker than `bg-brand-default` _on light mode_ - [Studio auth providers](https://studio-staging-git-dnywh-depr-316-text-brand-to-60fa6c-supabase.vercel.app/dashboard/project/_/auth/providers): enabled provider badge text readable; status dot stays bright green <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **Style** * Updated branded text, link hover states, icons, badges, indicators, and highlighted content across the Design System, Docs, Studio, Learn, UI Library, and marketing experiences to use the primary theme color. * Updated syntax highlighting and table-of-contents styling for consistent primary-color presentation. * Refined brand color fallback behavior for bright fills and borders. * **Documentation** * Updated color-usage and typography guidance to recommend the primary text utility. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> |

fix(ui): make brand text readable across themes (#49871)
## What kind of change does this PR introduce? Bug fix and design-system update. Resolves DEPR-316. Follow-up rename (`text-brand` → `text-primary`) is in a dedicated PR (https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/50564) stacked on this one. ## What is the current behavior? `text-brand` resolves to the canonical bright brand green in places that need readable text, which fails WCAG AA on light surfaces. A separate `text-brand-display` token adds another green for large type. ## What is the new behavior? - `text-brand` maps to accessible `--primary` (light mode darkened to meet ~4.5:1 AA) - `--hue` / `--primary-hue` aligned to 157.5 - `text-brand-display` removed; former display callsites use `text-brand` - Bright fills/borders stay on `brand-default` - Design-system colour and typography docs updated | Before | After | | --- | --- | | <img width="514" height="112" alt="CleanShot 2026-09-02 at 11 13 09@2x" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/4e0138a9-a32d-4e4c-a426-90736706e1e7" /> | <img width="512" height="138" alt="CleanShot 2026-09-21 at 11 42 05@2x" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/164cc5b1-a0c5-4e93-95f1-80016641a114" /> | | <img width="864" height="266" alt="CleanShot 2026-09-02 at 11 13 53@2x" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/3c1ca53f-bf9e-431e-bc15-816b4a275b8e" /> | <img width="882" height="248" alt="CleanShot 2026-09-21 at 11 41 37@2x" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/24828e7b-ed6b-44cb-b9dc-becc3398bdfc" /> | | <img width="782" height="692" alt="CleanShot 2026-09-02 at 11 16 30@2x" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/fc871977-77bc-47fb-9e0e-9284e0ecd5cc" /> | <img width="730" height="690" alt="CleanShot 2026-09-21 at 11 42 52@2x" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/bf479515-d5f9-471e-b82d-f097c0f4b56c" /> | | <img width="480" height="306" alt="CleanShot 2026-09-02 at 11 18 53@2x" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/03f341f4-f02e-44f8-a2b2-8c31670d0427" /> | <img width="470" height="300" alt="CleanShot 2026-09-21 at 11 43 19@2x" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/9df18217-d5e6-48b8-ba0b-579d2664b94b" /> | | <img width="960" height="300" alt="CleanShot 2026-09-02 at 11 32 04@2x" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/6b1d9373-7a71-4247-81ff-26441604b09d" /> | <img width="980" height="306" alt="CleanShot 2026-09-21 at 11 44 13@2x" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/41ad4784-02ec-4b29-b860-32af9fa79aa8" /> | | <img width="924" height="214" alt="CleanShot 2026-09-02 at 11 34 44@2x" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/1de661fe-c7b6-499b-a94f-e4737436ec79" /> | <img width="752" height="162" alt="CleanShot 2026-09-21 at 11 44 56@2x" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/1811890f-0660-4445-84e9-447720954fa1" /> | ## To test Test each callsite **in light mode** (dark mode is largely unchanged). ### WWW - [Homepage](https://zone-www-dot-com-git-dnywh-depr-316-brand-text-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/): “Scale to millions” uses readable brand text (display token is gone) - [Careers](https://zone-www-dot-com-git-dnywh-depr-316-brand-text-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/careers): small “Careers” eyebrow readable; green dividers stay bright `brand-default` - [Contact](https://zone-www-dot-com-git-dnywh-depr-316-brand-text-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/contact-us): email / policy links use readable brand text - [Regions](https://zone-www-dot-com-git-dnywh-depr-316-brand-text-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/regions): “Ask about early access to BYOC” readable ### Docs - [Docs homepage](https://docs-git-dnywh-depr-316-brand-text-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/docs): “DOCS” wordmark and resource links readable - [Database overview](https://docs-git-dnywh-depr-316-brand-text-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/docs/guides/database/overview): nav / footer brand links readable - [JavaScript reference](https://docs-git-dnywh-depr-316-brand-text-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/docs/reference/javascript/introduction): active sidebar treatment readable ### Design system - [Typography](https://design-system-git-dnywh-depr-316-brand-text-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/docs/typography): documents `text-brand` only (no display) - [Colour usage](https://design-system-git-dnywh-depr-316-brand-text-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/docs/color-usage): `text-brand` vs `bg-brand-default` - [Design-system homepage](https://design-system-git-dnywh-depr-316-brand-text-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/): brand text examples across themes ### Studio - [Auth providers](https://studio-staging-git-dnywh-depr-316-brand-text-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/dashboard/project/_/auth/providers): enabled provider badge text readable; status dot stays bright - [Database policies](https://studio-staging-git-dnywh-depr-316-brand-text-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/dashboard/project/_/database/policies?new=true): template hover text more legible - [Database connections](https://studio-staging-git-dnywh-depr-316-brand-text-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/dashboard/project/_/observability/connections): “Live” status readable; animated dot stays bright green --------- Co-authored-by: Joshen Lim <joshenlimek@gmail.com> |

chore(studio): describe compute CPU by size tier (#50401)
## What kind of change does this PR introduce? Copy/label update in Studio's compute surfaces. ## Description Compute CPU descriptions now branch on the compute size tier: - Sizes below Large read **"Shared compute"** (no core count) - Large and up read **"Dedicated · N vCPUs"** — the unit is always vCPU Changes: - New `lib/compute-labels.ts` helper (`isSharedComputeSize`, `getComputeCpuLabel`) with unit tests - Compute badge hover card, compute size picker, and project-creation selector use the new labels - `new-project.constants.ts` cpu strings updated accordingly - ">16XL" card: "Custom CPU" → "Custom compute"; upsell copy now says "64 vCPUs" - The synthetic Nano/Micro addon `meta` no longer has `cpu_cores`/`cpu_dedicated`; removed the now-unused cpu fields from the hardcoded instance specs - Project-creation sub-text: "Larger, dedicated compute available after creation" ## Tests - New unit tests for the label helper - Infrastructure settings page test now asserts the rendered labels Fixes PROD-663 Related #49998 #49996 <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **User Interface** * Updated compute-size labels to use “Shared compute” and vCPU terminology. * Clarified dedicated compute options and availability messaging. * Updated custom instance and upgrade labels, including “Custom compute” and “64 vCPUs.” * **Consistency** * Standardized compute labels across project creation, infrastructure settings, and compute details. * **Tests** * Added coverage verifying shared and dedicated compute classifications and displayed labels. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(studio): use configured gp3 max-throughput ceiling (#50355)
`calculateMaxThroughput` still hard-capped at 1000 MB/s while `DISK_LIMITS.gp3.maxThroughput` moved to 2000, so large gp3 disks were rejected with a misleading "Need at least N IOPS to support X MB/s" error even when IOPS and compute were already sufficient. Now reads the configured ceiling, mirroring the IOPS fix in #50269 that missed this sibling. Fixes FE-4385 <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit - **New Features** - GP3 storage configurations can now support throughput scaling up to 2,000 MB/s when sufficient compute capacity is available. - Larger GP3 configurations, including up to 4,096 GB with 80,000 IOPS and 2,000 MB/s throughput, are now recognized as valid when capacity requirements are met. - **Bug Fixes** - Corrected the maximum GP3 throughput calculation to honor the supported service limit. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> |

fix(studio): use configured gp3 max-IOPS ceiling (#50269)
## Summary * GP3 IOPS calculation was hardcoded to 16,000 instead of reading from DISK_LIMITS config * AWS updated the real ceiling to 80,000, making the hardcoded constant stale * Users with large multi-TB GP3 disks were incorrectly blocked from provisioning above 16,000 IOPS ## Test plan - [X] Updated unit tests for `calculateMaxIopsAllowedForDiskSizeWithGp3` now assert correct behavior: scaling linearly (100 GB → 50,000 IOPS) and capping at new 80,000 ceiling (1000 GB → 80,000 IOPS) - [X] All 26 tests in DiskManagement.test.ts pass locally - [X] Manually verify Infrastructure Settings > Disk IOPS field no longer blocks GP3 disks above 16,000 IOPS up to 80,000 Closes [FE-4379](https://linear.app/supabase/issue/FE-4379/update-iops-limits-for-new-aws-disk-capacity) <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit - **Bug Fixes** - Updated GP3 disk performance calculations to support up to 80,000 IOPS. - Disk sizes below the minimum threshold continue to receive the correct 3,000 IOPS floor. - Larger disks now scale linearly until reaching the updated maximum IOPS limit. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> |

refactor(ui): drop redundant Button variant="default" props (#50161)
## What kind of change does this PR introduce? Mechanical cleanup on top of the Button default-variant change (#50160). ## What is the current behavior? Many callsites still pass `variant="default"` even though that is now the component default. ## What is the new behavior? Removes redundant static `variant="default"` from legacy `Button` and `ButtonTooltip` callsites. chore(deps): upgrade vitest to v5 (#49994)
Upgrades Vitest from 4.1.4 to 5.0.0 across the monorepo, fixes the handful of things v5 turned into hard errors, and drops the `vi.clearAllMocks()` boilerplate that v5's `clearMocks` default makes redundant. **Changed:** - `vitest`, `@vitest/ui`, `@vitest/coverage-v8` 4.1.4 → 5.0.0 (catalog) - `vi.mock` calls that lived inside `beforeAll`/`beforeEach`/test bodies moved to module scope (v5 throws on nested calls). Affects the Studio and docs setup files and four Studio tests. - `detectBrowser` test restores `navigator` via `vi.unstubAllGlobals()` instead of assigning `global.navigator`, which now reaches jsdom's getter-only property. - `RowEditor.utils.test.ts` restores its `JSON.stringify` spy. It used to leak a throwing mock for the rest of the file, which v5's coverage provider now trips over. A later test in the same file had been asserting the leak's side effect (valid JSON reported as invalid) and now asserts the correct behavior. - `@testing-library/jest-dom` 6.6 → 7.0.1. Its vitest type augmentation resolves through a peer now, so it lands on each package's own `vitest` instead of whichever copy pnpm hoisted. Fixes `toBeInTheDocument` type errors in dev-tools after the reshuffle. - `@testing-library/react` 16.0.0 → 16.3.3 for the React 19 peer range. - `vite: catalog:` added to dev-tools, www, and common. Without it they resolved a newer vite than the catalog pin, which forked a second vitest instance in the lockfile. There's now one. - ai-commands custom matcher types use v5's `Matchers<R, T>` form. - 110 test files: `vi.clearAllMocks()` removed from `beforeEach`/`afterEach` hooks, along with hooks that only did that and the imports they left unused. Calls that also reset/restore mocks are untouched. Second commit, mechanical. **Added:** - `.vitest/` to the root gitignore (v5 writes JSON/JUnit/HTML reporter output there) **Removed:** - `vite-tsconfig-paths` catalog entry and deps. Vitest 5 resolves tsconfig paths itself. Release-age note: this sat in draft with a temporary `minimumReleaseAgeExclude` entry for `vitest` and `@vitest/*` while 5.0.0 was inside the workspace's 3-day `minimumReleaseAge` window. That window has closed, so the exclusion is gone and nothing bypasses the release-age gate. **Perf** (local, medians of 3 runs, same machine): | Suite | v4.1.4 | v5.0.0 | |---|---|---| | studio | 144.1s | 141.7s (-2%) | | studio `--coverage` | 156.9s | 146.4s (-7%) | | ui-patterns | 6.27s | 5.07s (-19%) | | ui `--coverage` | 3.35s | 2.14s (-36%) | | www | 0.89s | 0.47s (-47%) | Studio is dominated by jsdom environment setup per file, which v5 doesn't change. `vitest doctor` recommends keeping the current pool config: the vm pools and `isolate: false` all break tests. ## To test - `pnpm install --frozen-lockfile` succeeds with no `minimumReleaseAgeExclude` entry for vitest. - CI: Studio unit tests, ui, ui-patterns, www, docs, and typecheck/lint should all be green. The lint ratchet was checked locally: warning counts on touched Studio files are identical to master. - `pnpm test:studio` locally passes with coverage (588 files, 6240 tests). - Open a Studio test that uses `toBeInTheDocument` in your editor and confirm no type errors on jest-dom matchers, in Studio and in `packages/dev-tools`. - Known pre-existing failures unrelated to this PR: one dev-tools test (`getEventCountBadge` capped pill) fails on master too. <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit ## Tests - Improved test coverage for JSON validation and mobile navigation behavior. - Updated test setup, cleanup, environment configuration, and matcher support across application and shared package suites. - Removed obsolete coverage for alternate MCP transport selection. ## Chores - Streamlined TypeScript path resolution and Vitest reporter output handling. - Updated testing libraries and Vitest tooling across documentation, Studio, website, and shared packages. - Added Vitest reporter output to ignored files. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> --------- Co-authored-by: Alaister Young <10985857+alaister@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: Ivan Vasilov <vasilov.ivan@gmail.com> |

Fix: RadioGroupCard accessibility issues (#48527)
## Problem The `<RadioGroupCard>` component has an accessibility issue: duplicate ids on the items. Besides, its usage in the Design System app has additional issue: no label on the group itself when used outside a react-hook-form. Finally, the form example wrap each item in a `FormField` and `FormControl` which is unnecessary and causes another accessibility issue as all items are then injected the same `id` prop. ## Solution - Fix the duplicate ids issue - Fix all design system example - Fix the only wrong usage we have in studio No visual changes ## Notes When used outside a form, I added aria-label attributes on the group and they are announced by Mac Voice Over. However, when used in a form, our components adds a label with the correct for attribute but it seems that Mac Voice Over does not announce it. Not sure about how this should be handled. ## How to test On https://design-system-git-fix-radio-group-card-a11y-supabase.vercel.app/design-system/docs/components/radio-group-card, with Voice Over enabled: - tab to the first radio group, it should announce the value and the label of group itself, _Size_ - tab to the second, same but label is _Theme_ On https://design-system-git-fix-radio-group-card-a11y-supabase.vercel.app/design-system/docs/components/radio-group-card#form (Form example): - select any option and submit - check the correct option is submitted On https://studio-staging-git-fix-radio-group-card-a11y-supabase.vercel.app: - Go to your organization settings, Audit Log Drains, open your devtool network tab - Create a new custom endpoint and select the HTTP version - Check in the network tab that the correct http version is passed <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **Accessibility** * Improved labeling for radio card groups, including size, spacing, theme, and webhook version selections. * Radio options now use stable or automatically generated identifiers with reliable label associations. * **Bug Fixes** * Simplified radio option structure in forms for more consistent behavior. * Improved ID handling across radio card, stacked, and large radio options. * Updated the themed radio card example to use the dark theme by default. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> |

[FE-3711] feat(studio): make compute config read-only for HA projects (#49359)
Makes the compute-size configuration on Settings → Infrastructure read-only for High Availability (Multigres) projects during Alpha — HA projects run on a single fixed compute size and resizing isn't supported yet (previously attempting one could leave a project stuck Resizing). Gated on `project.high_availability` via the existing `useHighAvailability()` hook — the same signal every other HA gate in Studio uses. **Changed:** - Compute size options other than the project's current size render with the existing locked treatment (greyed out, lock icon, tooltip) for HA projects, and the whole radio group is disabled - A `HighAvailabilityDisabledSectionNotice` in the Compute section explains that HA projects run on a fixed compute size during Alpha - The compute branch of `onSubmit` and the read-replica compute-recommendation handoff are skipped for HA projects, so a compute change can never reach `POST /billing/addons` - The "Contact Us" larger-sizes card is hidden for HA projects - Form initialization now also fires once the project loads for HA projects (disk-attribute queries never run on their cloud provider, so the existing reset effect never fired and the picker showed the `ci_micro` fallback as selected) **Added:** - Two MSW page tests in the Infrastructure suite covering the HA read-only state and the unchanged editable state for non-HA projects ## To test - On an HA (Multigres) project: Settings → Infrastructure should show a notice under Compute size, the project's current size selected, every other size locked with a tooltip, no "Contact Us" card, and clicking any option should never surface the "Review changes" bar - On a regular project: compute selection, "Review changes" → "Confirm changes", and the Contact Us card all behave as before - `pnpm vitest run "tests/pages/project/[ref]/settings/infrastructure.test.tsx"` Addresses [FE-3711](https://linear.app/supabase/issue/FE-3711/make-compute-configuration-read-only-for-mvp) <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **New Features** * Added High Availability notices and guidance to the Compute settings. * High Availability projects now show compute sizes as read-only, with explanations for unavailable options. * Hid the larger-instance contact option for High Availability projects. * **Bug Fixes** * Prevented unsupported compute resizing and add-on changes for High Availability projects. * Preserved compute resizing and review actions for standard projects. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> --------- Co-authored-by: Alaister Young <10985857+alaister@users.noreply.github.com> |

feat(studio): point replica deep links at Infrastructure and recommend compute (#48921)
## What kind of change does this PR introduce? Feature. Stack 5 of 5 (tip) for [PIPE-1007](https://linear.app/supabase/issue/PIPE-1007/move-read-replicas-out-of-replication-into-infrastructure). ## What is the current behavior? Selectors still open Replication with `destinationType=Read+Replica`. Compute eligibility actions leave the add-replica flow without carrying a recommended size into the Infrastructure form. ## What is the new behavior? DatabaseSelector and the SQL submenu open Infrastructure `?addReplica=true`. Change to Small/XL compute waits for the sheet to close, pre-selects that size, then focuses and scrolls the Infrastructure form to Compute without shifting the page footer. ## Additional context Last stack PR. [#49043](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/49043) has merged. Please review, but do not merge until 2→4 are also approved. Then merge [#49044](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/49044) → [#49045](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/49045) → [#49046](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/49046) → this PR in succession, and drop the `do-not-merge` labels. Update the read replicas getting-started doc in the same sitting so it points only at Infrastructure (it currently also links Database → Replication). Remaining stack: [#49044](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/49044) → [#49045](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/49045) → [#49046](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/49046) → this PR ## To test `infrastructure:read_replicas` is an enabled-feature, on by default. There is no Feature Preview or ConfigCat switch. You should already see the Infrastructure Read replicas section. If you do not, your profile lists `infrastructure:read_replicas` in `disabled_features`. 1. [Infrastructure](https://studio-staging-git-dnywh-choreread-replicas-in-829a4b-supabase.vercel.app/dashboard/project/_/settings/infrastructure): topology, Read replicas, Scaling. 2. Add read replica. If blocked on compute, Change to Small compute: sheet closes, Small is selected and focused, the price footer is dirty, and no blank page gap appears. 3. From the SQL editor database selector, Add replica should open Infrastructure, not Replication. |

feat(studio): add read replicas section on Infrastructure (#49044)
## What kind of change does this PR introduce? Feature. Stack 2 of 5 for [PIPE-1007](https://linear.app/supabase/issue/PIPE-1007/move-read-replicas-out-of-replication-into-infrastructure). ## What is the current behavior? Settings / Infrastructure only covers compute and disk. ## What is the new behavior? Adds topology, a Read replicas list, and the add-replica sheet on Infrastructure. Still gated on `infrastructure:read_replicas`. | Before | After | | --- | --- | | <img width="1279" height="1323" alt="Infrastructure Settings Chisel Toolshed Supabase" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/34e7b414-a326-415b-984c-00ae0000f46e" /> | <img width="1279" height="1323" alt="Infrastructure Settings Chisel Toolshed Supabase" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/547cd7ac-435e-45d1-80ad-2f35476f579f" /> | ## Additional context [#49043](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/49043) is merged. This PR targets `master`. Please review, but do not merge. `infrastructure:read_replicas` is already on, so merging this alone would show replicas on both Infrastructure and Replication. Merge 2→5 ([#49045](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/49045), [#49046](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/49046), [#48921](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/48921)) in succession once they are all reviewed. Replica detail still uses the old Replication URL until #49045. ## To test `infrastructure:read_replicas` is an enabled-feature, on by default in `enabled-features.json`. There is no Feature Preview or ConfigCat switch. On this preview you should already see it: Settings → Infrastructure shows topology and a Read replicas section. If those are missing, your profile lists `infrastructure:read_replicas` in `disabled_features` (from `/platform/profile`), and you cannot flip it in the UI. Open [Settings / Infrastructure](https://studio-staging-git-danny-pipe-1007-02-infra-section-supabase.vercel.app/dashboard/project/_/settings/infrastructure). Confirm the topology, Read replicas section, and Add read replica sheet. Replication should still list replicas too. <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **New Features** * Added infrastructure topology visibility to project infrastructure settings. * Added read replica management, including status monitoring, empty states, creation flow, documentation access, and discard-change confirmation. * Infrastructure settings now include read replicas alongside compute and disk configuration. * Added flexible placement for supplemental disk overview and scaling content. * **Bug Fixes** * Simplified project configuration rendering for more reliable display. * **Tests** * Added coverage for enabled and disabled read replica states. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> |

fix(ui): systematise control surface fills and hover borders (#48887)
## What kind of change does this PR introduce? Bug fix / design-system token hygiene for form and selector chrome. ## What is the current behavior? After opaque default-button fills, text fields, selects, and selector tiles drifted apart: inputs and selects mixed ad-hoc washes, hover borders bounced between `border-stronger` / `border-foreground-muted`, invalid fields had no hover step, and composites like InputGroup leaked inner hover borders. Follow-up to #48837 (opaque button fills) where Select rest still felt darker than Input on forms such as scoped access tokens. ## What is the new behavior? Named control roles and one interactive border: | Role | Fill | Rest border | Hover / focus / open | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Field (sunk) | `bg-field` | `border-control` | `border-control-hover` | | Raised control | `bg-control-raised` | `border-strong` | `border-control-hover` | | Overlaying action | card → popover | `border-strong` | `border-control-hover` | | Invalid field | `bg-destructive-200` | `border-destructive-400` | `border-destructive` | - `--field` / `--control-raised` / `--border-control-hover` live in `semantic.css` (source of truth for roles; README points there) - Input / Textarea / InputGroup / legacy TextArea use the field ladder (incl. invalid hover) - Select and empty MultiSelect use raised; filled MultiSelect sinks to field - Default + dashed Button, CommandMenu trigger, and radio card/stacked/large use `border-control-hover` - Studio selector tiles aligned: Connect mode, role impersonation, DuckLake modes, compute “Contact us” | Before and After | | --- | | <img width="1576" height="759" alt="Access Tokens Account Supabase" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/4bbe8b2b-a31a-4d63-80ba-04a1a8a5609d" /> | | <img width="1576" height="759" alt="Access Tokens Account Supabase" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/92271223-4103-4cc6-a7c0-9e4ff71cce30" /> | ## Additional context `--control-raised` aliases `--card` today (role name so fill can diverge later). Rest `border-control` / `border-strong` both still map to `--input` via compat; the shared interactive step is `--border-control-hover`. ## To test 1. **[Account → Access Tokens](https://studio-staging-git-dnywh-fixcontrol-surface-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/dashboard/account/tokens)** Open Generate / New scoped token. Side-by-side Input, Select, RadioGroupStacked, MultiSelect. Confirm sunk vs raised fills, shared hover border, MultiSelect flips to sunk once a value is selected. Leave a required field empty to check invalid rest → hover → focus. 2. **[Org → Projects](https://studio-staging-git-dnywh-fixcontrol-surface-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/dashboard/org/_)** Hover the dashed Status filter. Hover default / filled filter buttons when active. Confirm hover/open borders match. 3. **[Project → Connect](https://studio-staging-git-dnywh-fixcontrol-surface-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/dashboard/project/_)** Open Connect from the header. Mode grid tiles: hover + selected borders match radio cards (no old muted-foreground ring). 4. **[Project → Compute](https://studio-staging-git-dnywh-fixcontrol-surface-tokens-supabase.vercel.app/dashboard/project/_/settings/infrastructure)** (optional) Compute size radios + “Contact us” tile hover. |

Merge compute and disk into Infrastructure (#48370)
## Summary This is the final step in merging compute and disk with infrastructure to become a single place to manage everything. This moves everything we've done in compute and disk over to infrastructure along with redirects. - Makes Infrastructure canonical for the completed compute and disk configuration and usage charts. - Moves Service Versions to General Project Settings. - Removes the legacy Infrastructure activity implementation and constants. - Updates settings navigation, shortcuts, banners, billing links, warning CTAs, usage pages, support suggestions, and other internal entry points. - Adds the permanent `/settings/compute-and-disk` redirect, removes its Next and TanStack routes, regenerates the route tree, and updates the migration checklist. - Preserves query parameters and legacy metric anchors, including `#cpu`. ## Stack 1. #48368 2. #48369 3. #48370 (this PR) ## How to test 1. Check out `chore/infra-compute-3-cutover`. 2. Test the Next implementation with `pnpm dev:studio`, then stop it and test TanStack with `STUDIO_FRAMEWORK=tanstack pnpm dev:studio`. 3. In each implementation, open `/project/<ref>/settings/infrastructure`. Confirm the page contains the usage charts and the Scaling, Compute, Disk, and Advanced configuration sections. 4. Open `/project/<ref>/settings/general`. Confirm Service Versions appears there with its existing name, content, and styling, and no longer appears on Infrastructure. 5. Open `/project/<ref>/settings/compute-and-disk?upgrade=micro#disk`. Confirm it permanently redirects to `/project/<ref>/settings/infrastructure?upgrade=micro#disk`, preserving the query string and hash. 6. Confirm the settings menu exposes Infrastructure and no longer exposes Compute and Disk. Repeat with platform and self-hosted settings. 7. Follow representative entry points from billing usage, resource warning CTAs, upgrade banners, shortcuts, and support suggestions. Confirm they land on Infrastructure and preserve any query parameters or metric anchors such as `#cpu`. 8. Smoke-test compute and disk updates from Infrastructure, including validation, the sticky review footer, and warning/critical chart states. <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **New Features** * Consolidated compute and disk management under the **Infrastructure** project settings page. * Added a **Service versions** section to **General** project settings. * **Bug Fixes** * Updated links and upgrade CTAs across the product to route to the correct **Infrastructure** or **Service versions** destinations. * Added permanent redirects from legacy **Compute and Disk** to **Infrastructure**, preserving query/hash. * Improved resource warning upgrade routing for compute scenarios. * **Tests** * Expanded automated coverage for **Infrastructure**, **Service versions**, redirects, and warning-link routing. * **Chores** * Updated ESLint rule baseline configuration for the studio app. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> --------- Co-authored-by: Alaister Young <10985857+alaister@users.noreply.github.com> |

Add compute and disk usage charts (#48369)
## Summary This is the second step towards merging compute and disk with infrastructure. There are some usage charts on the current infrastructure page that are useful to have in the context of compute and disk settings. This branch adds two charts which give a general sense of usage and whether an upgrade needs to happen. Other data points in infrastructure can be found within observability and organisation usage. - Adds rolling seven-day Compute and Disk charts to the existing Compute and Disk page. - Shows CPU, memory, optional burstable disk IO, and disk usage split into database, WAL, and system data. - Covers loading, error, empty, warning, and critical states, retaining the 75% warning and 90% critical thresholds. - Uses a dedicated PageSection and keeps the charts in two columns from 680px. - Uses the concise primary labels Compute and Disk, removes the database report link, and removes tooltip icons from secondary metrics. - Adds transformation, summary, and component tests covering dedicated IO behavior, legacy anchors, responsive layout, rolling refetch, and tooltip behavior. ## Stack 1. #48368 2. #48369 (this PR) 3. #48370 ## How to test 1. Check out `chore/infra-compute-2-charts` and start Studio with `pnpm dev:studio`. 2. Open `/project/<ref>/settings/compute-and-disk` on a project with recent metrics. 3. Confirm the charts are in their own page section with standard spacing below the page header. 4. Confirm the Compute chart shows CPU and memory, plus disk IO when applicable, and the Disk chart splits usage into database, WAL, and system data. 5. Confirm the primary labels are Compute and Disk, secondary metrics do not show tooltip icons, and there is no Database Observability/report link. 6. Resize across 680px. The charts should remain in two columns at and above the breakpoint and stack into two rows below it. 7. Exercise loading, error, empty, warning, and critical responses with the metrics mocks or response overrides. Confirm warning styling begins at 75%, critical styling begins at 90%, and an error or empty response does not break the configuration form. <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **New Features** * Added compute and disk usage charts to the disk management interface, including metric cards for CPU, memory, disk I/O, database, WAL, and system. * Added usage status indicators, peak calculations, tooltips, and a detailed disk breakdown with placeholders when data is missing. * Added special handling for dedicated-I/O instances to hide burst-only disk I/O. * **Style** * Simplified the disk space display by removing supplemental explanatory text. * **Tests** * Added comprehensive test coverage for chart rendering, loading/error/empty states, status/peak calculations, and rolling 7-day data window behavior. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> --------- Co-authored-by: Alaister Young <10985857+alaister@users.noreply.github.com> |

Modernize compute and disk configuration (#48368)
## Summary This is a precursor to unifying "compute and disk" and "infrastructure pages". First step is just updating the existing compute and disk page to make use of standard page and form patterns. - Reorganizes the existing Compute and Disk form into the established settings layout pattern, with Scaling, Compute, Disk, and Advanced sections. - Moves billing deltas to section headers while retaining the sticky review footer. - Adds animated notices, validation-error scrolling, and a responsive compute-size selector (2 columns by default, 3 from 680px, and 4 from 900px). - Preserves permissions, entitlements, cooldowns, read-only warnings, replica pricing, GP3 validation, Nano/PITR locks, and the free Micro upgrade treatment. - Keeps the redesigned experience on `/settings/compute-and-disk` so it can be reviewed independently of the route cutover. ## Stack 1. #48368 (this PR) 2. #48369 3. #48370 ## How to test 1. Check out `chore/infra-compute-1-config` and start Studio with `pnpm dev:studio`. 2. Open `/project/<ref>/settings/compute-and-disk`. 3. Confirm the page header and Scaling, Compute, Disk, and Advanced sections follow the standard settings-page spacing, with the plan notice directly below the Scaling header. 4. Change the compute size and disk configuration. Confirm billing deltas appear in the relevant section headers and the sticky review footer summarizes and applies the pending changes. 5. Enter invalid GP3 IOPS or throughput values and submit. Confirm the validation message is shown and the first invalid field is scrolled into view. 6. Exercise representative project states: insufficient permissions, read-only mode, resize cooldown, Nano with PITR, a project with read replicas, and a free Micro upgrade. Confirm the existing locks, warnings, pricing, and upgrade treatment remain intact. 7. Resize the viewport and confirm the compute cards use 2 columns by default, 3 columns from 680px, and no more than 4 columns from 900px. <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit - **New Features** - Reworked the Compute and Disk settings UI into clearer sectioned pages, including smoother navigation to the first validation error. - Added a transitional in-form NoticeBar for consistent alert rendering. - Improved billing change badges to reflect accurate before/after totals. - **Bug Fixes** - Fixed disk IOPS/throughput pricing to include replica-based charges. - Strengthened disk sizing validation (GP3 limits, legacy/size edge cases, spend-cap behavior, and provider-specific constraints). - **Refactor** - Updated key form field layouts for improved readability. - **Tests** - Expanded schema validation and pricing/billing badge test coverage. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> --------- Co-authored-by: Alaister Young <10985857+alaister@users.noreply.github.com> |

chore(ui-patterns): collapse the admonition shim into ui-patterns/Admonition (#48377)
Follow-up to #48344: collapses the two resolution paths for the Admonition module into one. `src/admonition.tsx` was a back-compat shim re-exporting `src/Admonition/`. Two ways to resolve one module is exactly what produced the macOS self-import bug fixed in #48344, and the local typecheck errors that #48374 worked around. This removes the shim and standardizes on the PascalCase subpath, matching every other export in the package. **Changed:** - Codemodded all 246 `ui-patterns/admonition` imports to `ui-patterns/Admonition` (240 `.tsx`, 5 `.mdx`, 1 `.ts` across studio, docs, www, design-system, and lite-studio) - Pointed the 5 internal `'../admonition'` imports back at the `'../Admonition'` directory **Removed:** - `packages/ui-patterns/src/admonition.tsx`, and its `./admonition` entry in the exports map (regenerated with `pnpm gen:exports`) ## To test - `grep -r "ui-patterns/admonition" --include='*.ts*'` → no hits - `pnpm test:case-hazards` → passes - `pnpm typecheck` → all 15 tasks green - `pnpm --filter studio run lint:ratchet` → passes - `pnpm --filter ui-patterns vitest run src/Admonition` → 11 tests pass <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **Bug Fixes** * Standardized Admonition component imports across the application and documentation. * Improved compatibility with case-sensitive environments by using the canonical component path. * Removed the legacy Admonition import entry point. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> --------- Co-authored-by: Alaister Young <10985857+alaister@users.noreply.github.com> |

[FE-2417] fix(studio): update disk EBS UI copy to match new limits (#47646)
Updates the dashboard disk-management copy to match the new AWS EBS modification limits (already reflected in the docs): from the old fixed "4-hour cooldown / once every 4 hours" framing to "up to 4 modifications within a rolling 24-hour window". This is a copy-only change plus one small logic-constant alignment. Timer/countdown behavior is unchanged — this only updates wording to bring the dashboard in line with the docs. **Changed:** - `DiskSpaceBar` autoscaling tooltip, `DiskCountdownRadial` card, `DiskSizeConfiguration` "Importing a lot of data?" alert, `DiskSizeConfigurationModal` alert title + both countdown branches, `DiskManagementReviewAndSubmitDialog` IOPS + disk-size row descriptions, and two code comments — all reworded to the new "4 per rolling 24-hour window" framing - `DiskSizeConfigurationModal` countdown now derives from the shared `COOLDOWN_DURATION` constant (4h) instead of a stale hardcoded `6 * 60` (6h), so the legacy resize path matches the newer disk-attributes path ## To test - Open a Pro AWS project → **Settings → Compute and Disk** → hover the **Autoscaling** pill on the disk bar: tooltip should read "…limited to 4 within a rolling 24-hour window" (no "once every 4 hours") - Change IOPS only → **Review changes** → IOPS row description shows the new "rolling 24-hour window… as soon as the previous one completes" copy - Change disk size → **Review changes** → Disk size row shows "You can modify disk attributes up to 4 times within a rolling 24-hour window" (not "For 4 hours after changes…") - On a non-AWS Pro project → **Database → Settings → Increase disk size**: modal title reads "Disk modifications are limited to 4 per rolling 24-hour window"; any "resize again in ~X" countdown is bounded by 4 hours, not 6 - Sanity: none of the old "4-hour cooldown" / "once every 4 hours" strings appear anywhere in the disk UI <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **Bug Fixes** * Updated disk resizing messages across the app to reflect a rolling 24-hour limit instead of a fixed 4-hour cooldown. * Clarified when disk size, IOPS, and throughput changes are available again, including more accurate next-available timing. * Improved warning copy in disk configuration and review dialogs so limit messages are consistent and easier to understand. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> --------- Co-authored-by: Alaister Young <10985857+alaister@users.noreply.github.com> |

chore: refactor Button API so that it can be used a standard button (#46880)
## Problem Our `<Button>` component breaks the default `button` contract by redefining the `type` prop to set its variant (`primary`, `default`, etc) instead of the button type (`submit`, `button`, etc). This is confusing and forces to write more code when using it with shadcn components that expect/inject the standard button props. ## Solution - rename the `type` prop to `variant` - rename the `htmlType` prop to `type` - propagate the changes where necessary - format code ## How to test As this is just prop renaming, if it builds it's ok --------- Co-authored-by: Ivan Vasilov <vasilov.ivan@gmail.com> |

fix(studio): hide disk IO burst balance charts on 4XL+ compute (#46327)
## Problem On 4XL and larger compute sizes, Supabase disk IO is sustained rather than burst-budget based. Baseline equals max, so there is no extra burst balance to track (the instance can still be throttled if it hits its configured IOPS or throughput limit, but that is unrelated to a burst credit pool). The "Disk IO Burst Balance" / "Disk IO % Remaining" / "Disk IO % Consumed" charts in custom reports are therefore meaningless on 4XL+, yet they are currently still offered in the picker and rendered as empty/misleading charts. Custom reports persist their layout, so a report created when a project was on a smaller compute and later upgraded to 4XL+ can still contain a saved burst chart that we need to handle gracefully. ## Fix - Add a shared \`hasBurstableIO(infra_compute_size)\` helper in \`DiskManagement.utils.ts\` (replaces the local \`BURSTABLE_IO_VARIANTS\` set previously defined inline in \`database-charts.ts\`). - Filter \`disk_io_budget\` and \`disk_io_consumption\` out of the custom report chart picker (\`MetricOptions\`) when the project is on a non-burstable compute size. - In \`ReportBlock\`, detect saved burst charts on a 4XL+ project and render a new \`UnavailableChartBlock\` that explains the chart no longer applies and can be removed. - The database observability burst balance chart already gated on \`hasBurstableIO\`; updated to use the shared helper. - Infrastructure activity page already has equivalent handling via the dedicated-IO admonition, so no change needed there. Linear: FDBKPRI-1404 ## Test plan - [ ] On a project below 4XL, the custom report picker still lists "Disk IO % Remaining" and "Disk IO % Consumed", and they render normally - [ ] On a 4XL+ project, neither metric appears in the picker - [ ] Open an existing custom report that contains a saved burst balance chart on a 4XL+ project, and confirm the placeholder block renders with a clear explanation and a remove action - [ ] Database observability page on 4XL+: the burst balance chart remains hidden, all other charts render <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **New Features** * Disk IO metrics are now filtered based on your project’s compute size so only relevant charts appear. * Metrics tied to burstable IO are hidden when the current instance does not support burstable IO; deprecated metrics remain excluded. * When a disk IO chart isn’t available for your instance, the UI shows an explanatory unavailable-chart block with text about burst-balance limits for very large instances and optional actions to remove the unavailable chart. <!-- review_stack_entry_start --> [](https://app.coderabbit.ai/change-stack/supabase/supabase/pull/46327?utm_source=github_walkthrough&utm_medium=github&utm_campaign=change_stack) <!-- review_stack_entry_end --> <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> |

fix(studio): correct gp3 IOPS validation for small disks (#45957)
- Fix gp3 max-IOPS calculation: was `3000 × size`, is slightly more complicated. The old multiplier let Studio accept IOPS values that the platform API would reject. - Block IOPS/throughput edits when the disk is smaller than the minimum required for custom IOPS (6 GB for gp3). Previously, a throughput-only change on a 2 GB disk would still ship `provisionedIOPS: 3000` in the payload and get rejected with: `Invalid IOPS value for gp3 volume 3000. Minimum is 3000. Max is 500 IOPS per GB or 16,000, whichever is lower.` - Show a NoticeBar prompting users to grow the disk first, with a one-click button to bump it to the minimum (mirrors the existing "Change to LARGE Compute" pattern). - Surface the helpful "Larger Disk size required" message for all disk sizes instead of a cryptic "Invalid IOPS value due to invalid disk size" fallback for disks < 8 GB. |

Open advanced settings + scroll to that collapsible if submitting has an error (#45818)
## Context Compute and Disk page: There's an odd scenario whereby down sizing the compute might involve some validation errors in the advanced settings, in which case because the advanced settings is in a collapsible and requires the user to scroll down, there's hence no visual indication of where the error is until the user opens the advanced settings to see the inline error. Am hence opting to open the advanced settings + scroll to it for this particular scenario, if submitting the form causes a validation issue on either IOPS, throughput or max disk size field inputs (the rest in this section do not have validation checks on that afaict and hence wouldn't be applicable to this scenario) ## To test Can be tested locally - Upsize compute to 8XL + change throughput to 750 - Once completed, try to down size to XL and hit "review changes" - It should be clear from a UX POV if there are any errors Also added an unrelated nit tidy up for ExitSurveyModal <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **Bug Fixes** * Advanced disk settings now auto-open and scroll into view (with a brief delay) when validation errors occur for throughput, IOPS, or size, improving error visibility. * **User Interface** * Improved advanced settings panel animation and separators for clearer visual boundaries. * Updated project deletion layout for the reason chooser and message input, providing a more consistent form appearance. fix(studio): restore WAL segment color in disk size breakdown bar (#45527)
## Summary - The Tailwind v4 migration left `bg-_secondary` unresolved, so the WAL segment of the disk size breakdown bar (and its legend dot) rendered transparent — visible as the gap between Database and System in the screenshot on FE-3138. - Switch both usages to `bg-[hsl(var(--secondary-default))]` to bypass the broken utility while still pulling from the existing per-theme CSS variable, restoring the original purple. Closes [FE-3138](https://linear.app/supabase/issue/FE-3138/adjust-tiiiny-v4-disk-size-breakdown-ui). ## Test plan - [x] On a project's Settings → Compute and Disk page, the WAL slice in the disk size bar renders in purple - [x] The "WAL" legend dot below the bar matches that purple - [x] Verify in light, dark, and classic-dark themes <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **Style** * Updated the visual styling of the WAL segment in the disk space visualization to improve consistency with the design system's color palette. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> |

fix: input-group don't have the proper validation attributes (#44703)
## Problem The input groups components introduced in #44282 don't have the validation attributes when invalid. This hurts accessibility and also break the design: <img width="1730" height="324" alt="image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/a3fb8d86-f3a8-46bb-aa53-d0599c11f056" /> ## Solution This is because the wrapper `<FormControl_Shadcn_>` passes the validation props to its direct child. The solution is to avoid applying them on the `<InputGroup>` and to apply them manually on the inputs. I also fixed a small accessibility issue by moving the addon texts after the input so that screen readers announce them in the correct order. No visual change for this <img width="587" height="158" alt="image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/1f8858ea-6659-45f9-964e-8c43a7fe14ba" /> <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **Style** * Unified numeric input layout by moving unit labels/suffixes (e.g., "seconds", "GB", "%", "connections", "digits", "IOPS", "MB/s", "rows") to appear after their inputs for a consistent, predictable form appearance. * **Accessibility** * Form controls now expose IDs and ARIA attributes from form context when available, improving screen-reader descriptions and error association. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> --------- Co-authored-by: Ivan Vasilov <vasilov.ivan@gmail.com> |
