d23f86021a feat(www): Partner Catalog update (#46757)
## Info architecture change around "Partners"

The www "integrations" now become more partner-driven.
`/partners/integrations` -> now Partner Catalog under
`/partners/catalog` (old links redirect to new paths)

Moved them close together in the nav dropdown and in the footer

## /partners/catalog/[partner]

Each partner can have one or more "listings" which are either
- simple guides
- foreign data wrappers
- dashboard integrations

Integrations available in the dashboard now all have a prominent
"Install integration" cta to open it in the dashboard [integrations
page](https://supabase.com/dashboard/project/_/integrations).

Charis b4c6c414a8 fix: feature flag command menu & ingerations section (#38794)
- Disabled pages were still showing up as navigation items on the command
menu, removing those as well.
- Integrations section was also not fully disabled, removing that.

Charis e3e8cd943c feat: replace docs command menu with v2 (#28048)
Replace docs command menu with Command Menu V2 from ui-patterns/CommandMenu.

This introduces the prepackaged folder for the shared Command Menu, which contains commands that are shared across the sites (for example, docs search, theme switcher).

Commands that are only applicable to a single site are now defined within that site's own app folder (put them wherever makes sense for your app folder organization, as long as you use the hooks within a global CommandProvider it will work...)

Tested navigating around, using search and AI on laptop and mobile.
