## Summary
- Move High Availability into the standard project creation settings
above Compute, gated by the `instances.high_availability` entitlement.
- Mark the option as Alpha and explain that it is free during Alpha for
up to two projects.
- Enforce the supported HA configuration: `AWS_K8S`, Postgres 17 on the
`ga` release channel (no custom version is sent — the API resolves the
image), and the environment-specific local/staging region restrictions.
- Show eligible locations in a dedicated **High Availability Regions**
group.
- Preserve the existing Advanced Configuration availability rules and
additionally hide the section while HA is enabled.
- Restore the previous provider and Postgres settings when HA is
switched off.
## How to test
1. Go to create a new project
2. Ensure you have access to high availability (e.g. on local)
3. Toggle high availability on and note how the project form restricts
settings listed above

## Summary by CodeRabbit
* **New Features**
* Added High Availability to project creation with Alpha warning
labeling and improved switch accessibility.
* Constrains region selection to compatible High Availability regions
and enforces HA-specific engine/release settings.
* Disables/hides custom PostgreSQL version selection when High
Availability is enabled (and omits HA custom request payloads).
* **Bug Fixes**
* Improved persistence of selected PostgreSQL version and region across
data reloads and configuration panel reopen/toggle.
* Restores region when form state temporarily drops values during
remounts.
* **Tests**
* Expanded end-to-end coverage for HA UI, region grouping, and
submit/payload restoration behavior.

Move "High availability" from internal-only to public. Closes MUL-668.
## I have read the
[CONTRIBUTING.md](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md)
file.
YES
## What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Bug fix
## What is the current behavior?
"High availability" is an internal-only config

## What is the new behavior?
"High availability" is a public user-facing config

anywhere on prod

Hides the "Multigres" term from user-facing surfaces — it's the tech
powering High Availability projects, but "High Availability" is the only
term users should see for now (per Slack discussion with Saxon/Ivan).
**Changed:**
- High Availability badge hover card (project overview) no longer says
"Driven by Multigres"
- Project creation HA toggle description drops the Multigres name +
multigres.com link, keeps the informational copy
- All schema dropdowns now hide the `multigres` schema on HA projects,
by wiring in the previously-unused `filterSchemasForHighAvailability`
helper:
- `SchemaSelector` (shared — Table Editor, Functions, Indexes, Triggers,
Schema Visualizer, etc.)
- `ExposedSchemaSelector` (API settings → exposed schemas)
- `EnableExtensionModal`, `CreateIndexSidePanel`, `ForeignKeySelector`,
`WrapperTableEditor`, Integrations install sheet `AdvancedSettings`
- SQL editor schema autocomplete (`useAddDefinitions`)
- Schema list computations in the touched components are now memoized
(incl. stabilizing `SchemaSelector`'s `excludedSchemas` default so the
memo actually holds)
**Added:**
- Unit tests for `filterSchemasForHighAvailability` /
`resolveHighAvailability`
- MSW component test for `SchemaSelector` asserting `multigres` is
hidden on HA projects and still shown on non-HA projects
The filter is HA-gated on purpose: a self-hosted/non-HA user with their
own schema named `multigres` still sees it. The flag-gated Multigres
option in Logs is intentionally untouched — that exposure is kept for
the Multigres team's debugging (separate track).
## To test
- On an HA project (`high_availability: true`): hover the High
Availability badge on project overview — no "Multigres" mention; open
schema dropdowns in Table Editor / Database pages / SQL editor
autocomplete — no `multigres` schema
- Project creation with HA entitlement: toggle description has no
Multigres wording/link
- On a non-HA project: schema dropdowns behave as before

## Summary by CodeRabbit
* **Improvements**
* Made schema dropdowns and related selectors high-availability aware
across extensions, indexes, integrations, SQL editing, API exposed
schemas, and relationship editors.
* Updated project high-availability UI text and badge hover description
to remove outdated branding and clarify horizontally scalable Postgres
architecture.
* **Tests**
* Added coverage to ensure the schema “multigres” option is hidden/shown
correctly based on high availability, and validated high-availability
value handling.

## Context
Changes here aren't public facing - we're just shifting some internal
only fields on the new project page to consolidate them into the
"internal-only" collapsible
Mainly to improve clarity from our POV RE what fields do users see and
the general look of the new project form
<img width="727" height="558" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/7d8f2915-3a81-4d9d-a067-cd45c1725726"
/>
So everything that's not within the collapsible are essentially fields
that users will see on prod. The changes here also subsequently
deprecates the use of 2 feature flags on the new project page:
- `showPostgresVersionSelector` -> replaced by new flag
`newProjectInternalOnlyConfiguration`
- `enableFlyCloudProvider` -> was used to control the visibility of the
cloud provider field, now replaced by
`newProjectInternalOnlyConfiguration`

## Summary by CodeRabbit
* **Refactor**
* Reorganized project creation form layout and field ordering for
improved structure.
* Updated project resume flow with refined confirmation modal UI.
* Simplified cloud provider selection interface.
* Streamlined high-availability configuration presentation.

## Problem
We used to have a `_Shadcn_` suffix for all the shadcn form components
because we also had `formik` form components.
This is not needed anymore.
## Solution
- Remove the suffix
- Update all usages
