## Summary
Stacked on #48813 (1.2: notebook content schema). Part of
[FE-4109](https://linear.app/supabase/issue/FE-4109/notebooks-data-model)
— see that issue for the rest of the notebooks data-model stack.
- Teach `content-remap.ts`'s wire↔domain dispatcher about the `notebook`
content type, branding each cell's `sql` per `_tag` via the notebook
schemas added in 1.2 (parses through `notebookDomainSchema` on the way
in, unbrands per cell on the way out).
- Add `{ type: 'notebook'; content: Notebooks.Content }` to the
`Content` union in `content-query.ts`, plus a `ContentOfType<T>` helper
for narrowing it.
- Fix the resulting narrowing fallout at call sites that assumed
`Content` only ever meant `sql`/`report`/`log_sql`: two
generated-query-param casts, and four report/logs call sites now
narrowed via `ContentOfType<'report'>` / `ContentOfType<'log_sql'>`.
## Test plan
- [x] `pnpm --filter studio vitest run data/content/` — 35 tests pass,
including new notebook coverage in `content-remap.test.ts` (per-cell
brand separation, missing-field throw, remap↔unmap round-trip)
- [x] `pnpm typecheck` — clean (pre-existing unrelated `ui-patterns`
error aside)
- [x] `pnpm --filter studio lint` — no new warnings/errors on changed
files
- [x] `pnpm format` — clean

## Context
This is pre-requisite work for adding support to managing custom reports
from the Assistant. Planning to break this into a number of PRs, briefly
- Adding read support for custom reports
- Adding write support for custom reports
- Adding run support for custom reports
- Should be able to infer data from the results then
This PR starts with adding support for listing and reading custom
reports from the Assistant
## Other changes involved
- Updates setting up of the home page report to have better title and
description
- Swaps the variant of the ToggleGroup in the SQL block for custom
reports as the default variant blends into the background color of the
PopoverContent
## To test
- [ ] Assistant should be able to list custom reports + read its
contents

## Problem
Adding a private SQL snippet ('user' visibility) as a Home / project
overview report created a broken experience for other project members,
who saw "SQL snippet not found" because they had no access to the
snippet.
## Fix
Selecting a private snippet from the report block picker now shows a
confirmation step that makes the snippet public to the project before it
is added. Already-shared snippets are added directly, and snippets
created via drag-and-drop onto the report are now shared on creation.
## How to test
- Open a project's homepage and go to the Reports section
- Create a private SQL snippet if you do not have one
- Click "Add block" and select the private snippet
- Confirm a dialog appears explaining the snippet will become visible to
the team
- Confirm, and verify the block is added to the report
- Log in as another project member and confirm the report block renders
instead of "SQL snippet not found"
- Selecting an already-shared snippet should add it without the
confirmation dialog

## Problem
We now export components under a subpath in ui-patterns to avoid barrel
files as they slow down every tools (from IDE to linters, etc.) and may
also affect bundles our users have to download.
## Solution
- Remove the UI patterns index file
- Fix invalid impors
## Problem
Our `<Button>` component breaks the default `button` contract by
redefining the `type` prop to set its variant (`primary`, `default`,
etc) instead of the button type (`submit`, `button`, etc).
This is confusing and forces to write more code when using it with
shadcn components that expect/inject the standard button props.
## Solution
- rename the `type` prop to `variant`
- rename the `htmlType` prop to `type`
- propagate the changes where necessary
- format code
## How to test
As this is just prop renaming, if it builds it's ok

This PR migrates the whole monorepo to use Tailwind v4:
- Removed `@tailwindcss/container-queries` plugin since it's included by
default in v4,
- Bump all instances of Tailwind to v4. Made minimal changes to the
shared config to remove non-supported features (`alpha` mentions),
- Migrate all apps to be compatible with v4 configs,
- Fix the `typography.css` import in 3 apps,
- Add missing rules which were included by default in v3,
- Run `pnpm dlx @tailwindcss/upgrade` on all apps, which renames a lot
of classes
- Rename all misnamed classes according to
https://tailwindcss.com/docs/upgrade-guide#renamed-utilities in all
apps.

## Summary
The `homeNew` PostHog experiment has concluded. This PR graduates it by
making the new homepage (`ProjectHome`, formerly `HomeV2`) the permanent
default for all users, and removes all dead code from the old
experiment.
## Changes
- Remove `homeNew` PostHog feature flag checks and `home_new` experiment
exposure tracking from 3 files
- Rename `HomeNew/` → `ProjectHome/` directory and `HomeV2` →
`ProjectHome` export
- Delete old `Home/Home.tsx` component (shared components like
`ProjectList/` are kept — still used by org pages)
- Delete `pages/project/[ref]/building.tsx` and add a server-side
redirect from `/project/:ref/building` → `/project/:ref` to prevent 404s
during rollout (old cached JS bundles may still route to `/building`)
- Simplify `ContentWrapper` building-state logic in `ProjectLayout` —
always redirect building projects to home, always suppress building
interstitial on home page
- Always route to `/project/{ref}` after project creation (remove
`/building` path)
- Update all Observability imports from `HomeNew` → `ProjectHome`
## Self-hosted behavior change
Self-hosted Studio previously showed the old `Home` component (client
libraries + example projects) since PostHog flags don't load. This PR
changes self-hosted to show `ProjectHome` (TopSection with service
status + instance diagram, advisor, custom reports). All sections query
backend APIs that exist on self-hosted. E2E tests pass against the
self-hosted build.
## Testing
- [x] `pnpm turbo run build --filter=studio` passes
- [x] No remaining references to `homeNew`, `home_new`, or `HomeNew` in
codebase
- [x] No broken imports to deleted files
- [x] Self-hosted E2E tests pass (145 passed, 1 flaky, 4 skipped)
- [x] `/building` redirect added to both platform and self-hosted config
blocks
**Quick test:**
1. Navigate to any project homepage — should render the ProjectHome
component
2. Create a new project — should redirect to `/project/{ref}` (not
`/building`)
3. Visit a project in `COMING_UP` state on a non-home route — should
redirect to home
4. Visit `/project/{ref}/building` directly — should 302 redirect to
`/project/{ref}`
