## Problem
Our `<Button>` component breaks the default `button` contract by
redefining the `type` prop to set its variant (`primary`, `default`,
etc) instead of the button type (`submit`, `button`, etc).
This is confusing and forces to write more code when using it with
shadcn components that expect/inject the standard button props.
## Solution
- rename the `type` prop to `variant`
- rename the `htmlType` prop to `type`
- propagate the changes where necessary
- format code
## How to test
As this is just prop renaming, if it builds it's ok

## I have read the
[CONTRIBUTING.md](https://github.com/supabase/supabase/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md)
file.
YES
## What kind of change does this PR introduce?
- Add an always-visible "Upgrade to Pro" button in the dashboard header
for free-plan users (GROWTH-615)
- Button is gated behind a PostHog experiment (`headerUpgradeCta`) with
`control` and `test` variants
- Experiment exposure is tracked for both variants; click events are
tracked when the button is clicked
- Button reuses existing `UpgradePlanButton` component for routing,
permissions, and billing logic

## Summary by CodeRabbit
* **New Features**
* Added an upgrade call-to-action in the header and mobile navigation
(visible on medium+ screens in platform builds) shown to free-plan users
as part of a controlled experiment.
* The CTA records experiment exposures and sends analytics for
impressions and clicks, including the user's current plan, to measure
engagement and upgrade interest.

## Context
Related to dashboard scalability
Previous PR: https://github.com/supabase/supabase/pull/42856
Note: Changes are all feature flagged still and I'm still not entirely
convinced with the current UX
Will iterate as as go along, and only make this publicly available when
we're satisfied with the behaviour
Adds a "Dashboard preference" section to the project settings
<img width="265" height="740" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/6ce1aa19-26c2-47c6-a9c4-595137266631"
/>
In which users can then select which database they'd like to use for
read queries run from the dashboard
Note: Everything is local storage for now, but we'd need middleware
support if we want to make this setting persist for all users on the
project
<img width="791" height="434" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/e651d6d9-fed4-4da4-b552-c9f93f8d46d3"
/>
Added a dialog as well to further explain what this implies
<img width="610" height="312" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/0aa957af-cb51-476f-aa79-8948a7cbe5ae"
/>
## To test
- Choosing a replica in dashboard preferences will only affect the table
editor as thats the only place that's set up so far to use a replica for
read queries (I'll need to follow up for other parts of the dashboard in
subsequent PRs)
## Context
Adds a UI state for when the feature flag for code redeem is disabled
<img width="1270" height="424" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/90e97869-f1e5-456b-9170-4a0a576f1064"
/>
## Other changes involved
Mostly refactor + clean up here
- Pass `onClick` event to `OrganizationCard`, rather than declaring an
extra parent `div` to handle the click event
- Use `Admonition` instead of the `Alert` components within
`CreditCodeRedemption`
- Adjust element semantics in `CreditCodeRedemption` (Opting for `p`
instead of `h4` and `h1` to show credit related information)
- Use `UpgradePlanButton` component for upgrade CTA (Handles behaviour
depending if user has perms to update plan of the organization)
- Use `TimestampInfo` component for expires at
- Fix error handling when calling `redeemCode` (use `mutate` instead of
`mutateAsync` which requires a try catch)
## To Test
- [ ] Need to verify that the `TimestampInfo` component renders
correctly after redeeming a code

* o11y: mirror and sanitize breadcrumbs
Mirror Sentry breadcrumbs as the basis for our own support logging. Also
adds more sanitization to breadcrumbs.
* feat(support form): toggle for attaching dashboard logs
Add a toggle to the support form when the category is "Dashboard bug",
to attach recent dashboard logs. Users can preview the attached logs and
opt out.
* feat(support links): dedicated support link component
Add a new component for support links, which:
- Uses the serializer for support link params to ensure
serialization/deserialization pairs correctly
- Snapshots breadcrumbs so the attached log on the support form will be
cut off at the support link click (otherwise we will get support form
actions cluttering up the log)
* tests(support form): extend timeout on flaky test
* Minor clean up
* fix(support form): allow url to specifically indicate no specified project
* minor nits
* Fix tests
