Maksym Ionutsa e8e91234e7 fix: use heading id for TOC anchors instead of querying anchor tags (#41702) 
The previous implementation would break for headers containing markdown
links, incorrectly grabbing external link hrefs instead of anchor
fragments.

Charis 74955a07b6 fix(docs): close feedback modal on button press (#41725) 
The close button on the top right of the feedback modal was not properly
closing on button press because the `onCancel` wasn't being passed
through. The close button now works.
