Main files are

- Adjust `useLogsQuery` to accept an object as prop, rather than 4

Sorted all imports in all packages, `cms`, `design-system` and
`ui-library` apps by running `pnpm format` on them.
All changes in this PR are done by the script.
Gotrue already does the work of using the cached token if
possible/refreshing if about to expire (and uses a different expiry
period from what we have -- 90 seconds vs. 30 seconds). We can delegate
this work to Gotrue to avoid the expiry check mismatch
Disables organization selection if the org requires MFA but the user
does not have MFA enabled.
Add badges / hints to show that user has access to an Organization but
access is disabled because of MFA access requirement
