Subject: [PATCH] Disable the eyebrow for the Logo center, text bottom layout

Added a noEyebrow flag alongside the existing noIcon one — mirrors the
same pattern: hides the Eyebrow control in the sidebar and omits the
eyebrow pill from the render for this template specifically.
