Subject: [PATCH] fix(docs): redirect monitoring-and-debugging to observability
 (#50576)

This PR will also fix the markdown redirects.

There's no need to list markdown redirects, `.md` is automatically added
when building the redirects in `www` `next.config.mjs`.
