Subject: [PATCH] Keep the logo tile dropdown fully visible within the sidebar
 panel

The per-tile picker always anchored to the left edge of its tile, so
opening it on tile 3 or 4 pushed the 224px-wide dropdown past the sidebar's
right edge, cutting it off. Anchors right instead of left for tiles at
index 2+ (right half of the 4-column grid), keeping it within the panel
regardless of which tile is clicked.
