- add an event-type -> handler registry; the worker dispatches outbox events to registered handlers (with retry/dead-letter already in place) - password-reset request now enqueues an outbox event instead of sending mail synchronously in the request (non-blocking, retryable, less timing leak) - move email building into identity.emails; identity handler sends on dispatch - tests cover enqueue (no sync mail), non-enumeration, and handler delivery Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
