Add the Channel processing-context model (ADR-HUB-0019): org, code, name, optional department and product, provider integration FK, model (default Sonnet 4.6) and params. Wire the AI provider factory to use the OpenRouter integration configured in the UI (ADR-HUB-0020), falling back to env and the test adapter. Agent/release/knowledge re-anchoring to the channel follows in the next M1 increment. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
